Why can't we recruit more moderators ? There are a lot of guys wasting their time on Facebook.
Answer is simple as out of 35000 online members , we have only 4 trustworthy, mature, capable , loyal people and they are moderaters ..
Actually , whatever we say about democracy, sharing of power and other things , fact remain that concentration of power in few hands is in our blood as a nation..and in every party it is so..small reflection of this can be seen on PTI website as well

As I said we had dozens of mods but only four or five were active. Moreover we have requested some members which we thought can do this job but they refused as they cannot give their time due to their other commitments.
Let me tell you that whenever some team member recommend someone, we look at whether he uses a foul or abusive language,if he has done so we don't include him or her in our mod team. By the way look at website which practice moderation, say cricinfo.com, our mod team is efficient than cricinfo. Facebook is handle by our social media team, I don't think so we should brought them here. | | | |

| One more thing, none of us whether mods, admin or in the web-management, ever meet each other in person. Except the founders of this website, each of us was picked up from this forum. The issue is if one disapprove a post, one must be able to defend it. There are some posts which we have to reject. In 90% of the cases, it is ulta chore kootwal ko dantay. You are participating for long, point out some members which are suited for mods. We will consider it. We may have missed some good candidates.
Sometime we have to look at possible controversies. For example, if somebody from Rabia Zia team or against her team made an offer, we are forced to decline the offer to avoid controversies.

| Musch appreciated work by admin and mods, which is purely volunterily.
Asif khan will be kicked out, just wait and see. As soon as IK will be back, some serious steps will be taken. There will be an inquiry and then decision will be made. So we should all wait and let the authority guys work.
Aisf did damage our momentum but things happens for good. Allah knows the ebst. issi main he koi hikmat ho gii.Hopefully, we can get kahilu back in PTI. | | | |

| | @madeel. I don;t understand the reason behind looking at the past post from the person who wants to be moderator. When u give someone a responsibility, he will definitly change his behaviour. There are people who might use bit of harsh words but when they r given a responsibility, they will change the way they pick up their words. We definitly need more moderators and I think being most active should be the criteria. If someone continues to use harsh words after being mod, then this responsibility can be revoked anyway. | |

i will suggest the web management to create a link of report(somrthing like alert which is already there)and request everyone to report to web management any thing that is inappropriate and needs to be deleted or edited and than appropriate action should be taken by web management and that person should be given a warning.I think this can help give everyone the responsibility to keep this forum a usefull and positive one.It is in the best interest of all the members who use it to keep it in good shape.they should realise their responsibilities.
see if it is work able or not.

concentration of authorities and power in few hands is culture in our society generally and PTI website is no different
everyone can give 1 million reasons , everyone have reasons about
why party elections should not take place
why provincial autonomy should not be given
why power should remain in center
etc etc

| asif khan is one of the same elite class lot which is responsible for the miseries of this party and this country.
asif damaged the party, he disappointed the workers, he destroyed the organizational structure in sargodha, faisalabad, gujranwala, hafizabad etc. he shud be kicked out, his hooliganism should be considered but dsnt mean at all that all the people speaking against him are different from asif khan.anti asif khan group within the PTI is equally corrupt. they are trying to conceal their own reality behind the failure of asif khan. their supporters are trying to create an environment and opinion that anti asif khan people are angels. everyone of us know very well that anti asif khan people are equally responsible for keeping the youth away from the decision making process.
so fellows especially youth, beware of these pickpockets.they all are same.when i see imran khan surrounded by such people, i remember the urdu proverb "razia bechari ghundon main phans gaie!!!"
only solution, free and fair party elections!
