I respect your feelings and sentiments about him.
if you will not mind, and allow me, I want to express my concern again on this issue.
Please love Yasir Gilani but do not hate Mian Azhar.
Please do not defame Mian azhar.
This is not the valid point that he has lost the seat two times,
You know better than me, Imran Khan - our chairman himself lost two times in more than one constituencies of lahore in past election. Even Imran Khan never won in Lahore.
So what????
this is not the point,
Imran Khan and PTI is now popular. we need to analyse on the basis of this fact that now we are popular.
we should not mix the things, what happened in past. It is not relative now. In Past even Imran Khan was defeated in Lahore on many seats. But now the situation is different.
we need to look forward.
Please promote our leader Yasir gilani.
it is your right to tell us about some one if he is good but do not defame Mian azhar.
It is against the party rules. He is our Party leader and we should not criticize him so openly as you are doing.
you should do it in party meetings with officials but not on forum openly.
Please, it is my humble request,
and I assure you that I know Mian azhar just through internet. I do not know him personally.
so nothing personal.
as i see other comments, people respect Mian Azhar.
Many think, that he is better candidate. You should also respect the opinion of rest of members and in politics perception plays vital rule.
If the perception is in favor of Mian Azhar, you should not ignor it.
May be in real, yasir Gilani is better. But perception is perception.
Many members are supporting Mian Azhar.
so, you should also be fair with Mian azhar.
Even in this way, you will create problems for yasir gilani, you will make him controversial.
so the issue is sensitive.
I do not know both of them personally.
I am in Russian since 1998.
I gave my fair and independent view.

| Mian Azhar has a great track record....served as an examplary mayor of lahore, popular governor of punjab and resigned from his national assembly seat when nawaz sharif was prime-minister because the consituency in question was being ignored in development schemes.....he is popular and our chairman imran khan respects him...he was the first heavyweight to join PTI and that too before the lahore jalsa....
Mr adnan sohail....plz be careful how you promote your friends on this public forum....it should not be at the expense of honorable people in our party.

Ofcourse IK has chosen him for some reasons... and IK know better where Mian Azhar can perform better... But I'm just showing the realities of the area...

Engr yasir gillani is a great assest of PTI Lahore and he is a very devoted worker who has progressed from grass root level..He acknowledges Mian Azhar's role in party too..He has no problem with whatever party leadership decides..His affiliation is with the cause of PTI and not his personal interests..Dont fight btw ourselves on this forum and just trust the leadership..I request mods to lock the thread. | | | |
