| Well we have discussed this topic in anothe forum few weeks ago and mentioned names like Jahangir Khan, Insar Barni, Qadir Khan, Hamid Gul,
I am against, Waseem Akram as he is known for match fixing and Jansher Khan and Javaid Khan are well known for moaning and fighting all the time.
Shehzad Roy, Mani and Filmstar Shan have openly supported Imran Khan but PTI action comitee have such slow and inactive people that they didn't bother to contact them and convince to officially join PTI. I think our Action comittee and Indormation/media team should have more effective and active people if we have to get any where. | |

You are quite right in your sense but I think PTI is an Organization of Rules and does not revolves around one personality. Imran Bhai is its organizer and pioneer. I think, he is always ready to welcome people from all spheres of life. The most important thing is that either the reknowned personalities your are asking about are agree with PTI's manifesto or not, either ther are fruitfull for PTI or not, either they are commited politician or not and there are many other questions to ask. Think and analyse.

I always wondered why in the recent crisis in which \Musharraf had thrown us, our showbiz people and Writers/ poets communities are not writing or performing anything???????????
we need more Faiz, Faraz and Habib Jalib kind of poets who had struggled hard during the days of Ayuub Khan...
Junoon's Salman Ahmed had always been fan of Imran and now its good to see Shehzad Roy maturing....
I think Musharraf have abused Politics so much so that educated prievelaged class thought Politics is a Gaali. In his days negative connotation was given to Politics. Therefore parents just wanted there kids to stay away from indulging in Politics....
It was Imran Khan who sensed it and thank God for that. Because of him Perha Likha crowd are also indulging in Politics taking it seriously...
Its now time that Writers/poets community need to play their role too like Iqbal, Faiz, Jalib and many more. Its time for amjad Islam Amjad, Noorul Huda shah, Haseena Moin, Anwer Maqsood to take sides. And take side with people of Pakistan.
Showbiz people like Sahira Rahat Kazmi, Rafee Peer group, Atiqa Odho, NAdia Jamil, Noman Ejaz, Asad, Nadia Khan etc etc........need to come out of their showbiz cocoon and stand with people of Pakistan... | | | |
