Well I don't think he has said anything objectionable in that video. A fact is a fact. Before the Allah (swt) prohibited the Sharab it was not illegal and then hazrat Ali (rzu) or even the prophet had done it its not unlawful because it is not declared as an evil deed yet. But once the orders came from Allah(swt) everyone stopped using Alcohol. The main point that this Brother Arreyan is missing in this whole talk is that the Sahabah they did not give any excuse they just obeyed what came from Allah (swt) or the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). They did not argue about it like us today that why this law is like this in Islam it should have been that way blah blah. So where is any need for protest in that? and where is the aspect of insult in that talk?
