Asalam-0-Alaikum Pakistan K Nujawanoo this thread is about the Police Department of pakistan. as we all know that our system is not just a bit infected but a lot so in this thread i want to discuss the errors of system of police department how can we genrate a healthy system. as I know police's duty is to protect ppl but as I experienced police department is so horrible that we need one other department(LAW) who can protect us from police as we don't even know that when and why a police man picks one up in any case. kindly elaborate ur views aswell i'll explain this more in next POST <img src='http://www.insaf.pk/desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/wink.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Wink' align='absmiddle'>

Eliminate these factors and police will become a good department: # Honest officers are not promoted. # Bribing is a common practice, have some strict rule for the receiver and the one who gives. # Political posting of senior officers. # Senior officers are corrupted due to close links to corrupted politicians. # Poor wages on lower level, while the seniors are not only having good wages but also lot of other income sources. Add: # Better equipment # Proper education about the law/rule of law # Islamic education - which focus on improving their character/personality. # Limitations on their political views and attachment to politicians.
