I read news on express newspaper that PTI has announced of boycotting election in PP111 due to rigging in NA123 and NA55 but i have not seen this news on forum or in the news section of website..

can you please provide me actual stance of PTI because i have many friends and relatives in Gujrat and i was ringing them yesterday to vote for PTI but stopped now because of that boycott news.

Looking forward to prompt reply from management.

this is under discussion by some reasonable leaders of PTI because PTI has gain good impact in NA123 and we must not loos this impact in election of Gujrat

No More Bad reputed people in PTI Please
People will vote for Change Not for those who CHANGE parties.

On the other hand, it is also providing much needed training for electoral process. So PTI should not boycott the election.

There is no need of boycotting elections. Boycots are total waste of time and no one pays attention to boycotts. For example PPP under BB literally regretted boycotting non party based 1985 elections. From post 1980's era till this day the 1985 elections had the highest ever turn out 57% and that sent shockwaves to all those parties who boycotted that election. People and history only remember those who play the game in the field so participation in the elction is mandatory regardless of results.

We should participate even if there are fears of rigging. At least we can show our presence there which is very important.

I hope that by now we know what a boycott costs. Although we did not get a decent no. in NA 55 but still it was worth fighting. At least we had first hand experience and know how the real world of politics work. Otherwise it is very easy to say that silent majority is with us.

Also it was good that we did not make any alliances in these by elections and fought on our own, this reflects purely our own strengths and weaknesses.

Lastly, I would urge the relevant CEC members and Gujranwala division team that instead of thinking of boycott please go to Gujrat and campaign for our candidate. If Imran is not in Pakistan does it mean that we should simply sit and watch TV shows......

Let this news be confirmed first before criticizing anyone... It can be a trick from Chaudharies.
