Millat Relief Organisation (MRO) - Flood Relief Compaign Update Dear Chairman, CEC Members, PTI Officials and Members, First of all let me congratulate Chairman Khan on the wonderful efforts carried out for the flood affected. Most of you would be aware of the launch of Millat Relief Organisation to work on a permanent basis to help Humanity and therefore Muslims affected by tragedies across the globe. The first mission is to help the flood affected. MRO was launched by MFB, the FIRST and leading social network for Muslims and decent People of all faith with a continuously growing user base of Over 400,000 Members. Our first choice was to work with PTI but unfortunately were told that a committee was FORMED to outline the processes and modelities regarding carryingout relief activities from the platform of PTI and when the process would be FINALISED, hopefully we can proceed. However, like Chairman Khan we realised the immediate requirements of the affected and the scale of devastation meant we could not wait that long. Therefore the compaign to help the affected INNOCENT children, women, young and old was started by MRO on its own with keeping the option to associate with PTI when and if possible. Alhamdulillah the response has been good and we are able to raise good sums to help the affected. Initially we are channeling the relief through ARMY and PAF but as it grows we will be sending out our own teams too InshAllah. MRO have NO administrative expenses as all such costs are provided for by MFB. This ensures that we can provide one of the most cost-effective packages to help the flood victims. All details of the funds raised and the relief activities will be available on www.millatfacebook.com $30 – 50 will help us provide the supplies to an average family for ONE MONTH. Please be generous and help as much as you can. Please find a special place in your heart for them. This is a time of hightened Human Tragedy and we have directed all donations including those for MFB towards Millat Relief Organisation to help Humanity and our brothers and sisters. It is worth mentioning here that this is a massive tragedy and NO ONE ORGANISATION can reach all the affected areas and people. The scale of devastation is huge so that the more the relief efforts, the better. I was told by many CEC is lazy and 50's and 60's group but they can be so lazy to coordinate with initiatives of important people in party is disgusting. How will they take pti forward with this attitude. It is typical bueareaucracy style. Mr. meer well done sir. it is indeed a very good effort and i hope you and your team will continue to support flood victims.

@die4khan...I dont think we need this wakeup thing for IK...he is doing a real good job...Unfortunately our members need to wake up and strt to do somethng on grnd rather than just posting here

Dr asram i do not want to interfere but do you know how this party is working. do you know how many times the cec misguided imran that party would break if elections are held? i do not want to publish internal stories here and do know that all leaders have to rely on people around them so it is not that much imran khan's fault. but not keeping right persons around him and allowing old friends or family friends or those we can call shifarishis around him in key positions is. In this sense i agree with die that imran needs to wakeup now. my family is in pindi and lahore and mqm is making headways there. i have heared there are going to be some press conferences after eid as many from pti are leaving. If you still think we dont need to wakeup than this would be another asghar khan party. this is from the heart of a party worker who idealised imran khan and is now sadly getting disappointed.

dr sir ji than you dont know what is happening in party total mess from uk to berlin to KPK to Balochistan to Punjab. Pls come and visit on the ground and see that all is not so good as we think on interner. We have kashmala tariqs and saad rafiques filled in the party and loyal and talented people are leaving every passing day

Dear All, Thanks for your comments. While it is good to see the varying point of views and I'm sure all are for the betterment of PTI, it is worth mentioning here that internal party elections instead of SELECTION and bringing forward the young and talented is basically the policy put forward by Chairman himself. Please remember that other parties are using this as a propoganda chip and many LOYAL and YOUNG members ar egetting disillusioned from the party after working very hard. Not only is this a great loss for the party and cause but they are mostly snatched-up by other parties, making the situation even worse for PTI. I hope you all will try to contact your local leadership or better still CEC and request them to do the right thing despite their reservations. For it will NOT break the party, however not doing it most likely will. And that would indeed be a tragedy.
