| The Association In Defense of the Wrongly Convicted (AICWYC) is a Canadian volunteer organization dedicated to preventing and rectifying wrongful convictions.
AIDWYC was founded in 1993.
It is the direct successor to the Justice for Guy Paul Morin Committee, a grassroots organization that formed to support Guy Paul Morin immediately following his wrongful conviction in 1992.
When Guy Paul Morin was released on bail in February 1993 pending his appeal, this Committee reconstituted itself as AIDWYC, with the goal of acting in defence of all persons who have been wrongly convicted.
AIDWYC has two broad objectives: first, eradicating the conditions that can cause miscarriages of justice; and second, participating in the review and, where warranted, correction of wrongful convictions.
AIDWYC is a primarily voluntary, non-profit organization. At this time, AIDWYC's focus is limited to murder convictions only.
AIDWYC’s clients are mostly poor, forgotten and have exhausted all of their legal avenues for relief.
Few cases:
-Jeff Boppre has been incarcerated for nearly 21 years in a Nebraska prison for two murders that AIDWYC believes evidence proves Mr. Boppre did not commit.
-Raymond Gray has been incarcerated in Michigan prisons for 37 years for a murder that AIDWYC believes evidence shows he did not commit,
-In June 1990, Elizabeth Bain, the girlfriend of 24-year old Robert Baltovich, a recent University of Toronto graduate, was murdered in Toronto. Her body has never been found, nor the weapon used to kill her. Two years later, Baltovich was convicted of the murder and sentenced to life in prison. In March 2000, AIDWYC filed a defence brief at a bail hearing and argued that there was new evidence to suggest that Baltovich was innocent and that the real perpetrator was Paul Bernardo. The bail hearing was successful and, after spending eight years in prison, Baltovich was released pending the appeal of his conviction. In September 2004, Baltovich's appeal was heard. In December 2004, the Ontario Court of Appeal unanimously quashed Robert Baltovich's murder conviction. In 2005 a new trial was ordered. Jury selection proceeded and the trial began in April of 2008. However, on April 22, 2008, the “Crown” withdrew its case against him and he was ‘acquitted’ by the jury,
-Steven Truscott was SENTENCED TO DEATH in 1959 AT THE AGE OF 14 for the murder of 12-year-old Lynne Harper, on the basis of unreliable police and prosecution evidence. His sentence was commuted to life imprisonment in 1960 and his conviction upheld in 1967. In 2001, AIDWYC prepared and submitted an application for ministerial review (s.696.1) on Truscott's behalf. Retired former Justice of the Quebec Court of Appeal, Fred Kaufman, was retained to review, re-investigate and submit a report to the Justice Minister outlining his findings and recommendations. In October 2004, the Federal Justice Minister, Irwin Cotler, stated that Steven Truscott had likely suffered a miscarriage of justice and referred his case to the Ontario Court of Appeal. After pressure from the media, portions of the Kaufman Report were released to the public in November 2006. On June 19, 2006, a five-judge panel conducted a three-week fresh evidence hearing. In April 2006, the body of Lynne Harper was exhumed at the instruction of the Attorney General's office in the hopes of finding DNA evidence. Forensic experts were unable to conduct DNA tests due to the poor condition of her remains. The final oral arguments in Steven Truscott's case were heard in the Ontario Court of Appeal in January and February 2007. On August 28, 2007, the Ontario Court of Appeal acquitted Steven Truscott,
-Kyle Unger was sentenced to life imprisonment along with co-accused Timothy Houlahan, who later committed suicide, for a 1990 murder based in part on a hair found at the feet of the victim, 16-year-old Brigitte Grenier. The hair sample was ordered to be re-tested years later by the recently established Manitoba Hair Evidence Review Committee. Contrary to the prosecution evidence led at trial, there was no incriminatory match. The Federal Justice Minister has agreed to review the case. Unger was released on bail on November 24, 2005 pending ministerial review of his s.696.1 application that was submitted on his behalf by AIDWYC.
On March 11, 2009, Federal Minister of Justice, the Honourable Rob Nicholson announced his decision regarding Mr. Unger's case by stating, "I am satisfied there is a reasonable basis to conclude that a miscarriage of justice likely occurred in Mr. Unger's 1992 conviction."
-Kulaveerasingam Karthiresu of Ontario spent almost seven years in jail for a murder he did not commit. He was exonerated in 2000,
-Donald Marshall Jr., a Mi'kmag Indian, was sentenced in 1971 at the age of 17 to life imprisonment for the murder of Sandy Seale. He spent 11 years in prison for a crime he did not commit. A s.690 application was granted in 1982 and he was acquitted by the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal in 1983,
-Richard McArthur was sentenced in 1986 to life imprisonment for murder. A s.690 reference was granted in February 1998 and Richard was acquitted in 1999,
-Richard Norris was sentenced in 1980 to 23 months imprisonment for sexual assault. He was acquitted in 1991 after a friend confessed to the crime,
-Herman Kaglik spent five years in prison after being sentenced in 1993 to 10 years imprisonment for sexual assault. The Court of Appeal in the Northwest Territories entered an acquittal in 1998 based on DNA findings. The complainant, in a dying declaration, told police that Kaglik was innocent; that declaration was never disclosed,
-Jamie Nelson of Ontario was convicted in 1996 of the brutal rape of his ex-wife's best friend, Cathy Fordham. He was denied bail and spent almost four year in prison for a crime he did not commit. Ms. Fordham, it was later discovered, had a habit of accusing men of rape. The police found her to be a calculating liar (perhaps a virtual relative of tony blair and jack straw) willing to abuse the court. Nelson was paroled in 1999. Nelson appealed and Scott Hutchison, a seasoned crown attorney, asked for an acquittal,

This is the same British government consisting of same MPs, who are habitual for making fraudulent claims, which in 2009 began a program of staff cuts, which upon completion, is likely to result in a loss of approximately a third of the British Council’s workforce.
MPs take an oath of allegiance upon taking their seat in parliament. They say:

According to rules, company should pay the penalty on an agreed percentage of the total cost of the project per month until it starts the construction, as already is prescribed in the contract/agreement, if company fails to start project in time,
The cause of delay should also be informed to approving authority by the company in written,
If, company fails to fulfill its obligations according to contract/agreement, then the contract/agreement with the company may be cancelled and new contract/agreement should be made with the second bidder,
When, operators attempted to clear the gas in the pipeline, it just blew up???
It means that was the technical negligence,
The instruments of measurement of gas failed to give the accurate information,

Why the company “Kleen Energy Systems” first demanded in written for the construction of 520 megawatts of electricity in 2002???
Why not the company “Kleen Energy Systems” submitted the estimates of construction of 620 megawatts on the first place in 2002???
Why the company “Kleen Energy Systems” entered into the bid of construction of 520 megawatts in the year 2002 and then waited all along for four years till the year 2006 without initiating any construction work even costing a penny???
Why the company “Kleen Energy Systems” then, in 2006 re-applied in written to extend the cost of the construction from 520 megawatts to 620 megawatts???
What is this???
Simple business???
Honest business???
Free business???
But, this is a fraud,
But, this is embezzlement,
But, this is theft,
First they entered into a contract of 520 megawatts and then converted it into 620 megawatts to steal public funds,
For example: first they requested a work costing $100 then they requested to extend it into $130. They won a contract of $130 while submitting a bid of $100 to avoid competition???
What is this???
National Interest??? Or,
Corruption Interest???
They steal scientifically so that no one can object,
Their both estimates were fraudulent,
Their both paper-works were bogus,
They had intention to steal public fund when they first submitted bid in 2002,
They had their ‘people’ in the council,
How they sell public funds as if they sell their backyard garbage???
They are never questioned,
They are never grilled,
They are never brought to justice,
Because this is democracy.

| 27-year-old electrician Brazilian man Charles de Menezes was shot 7 times in the head at close range to death by british police in south London on Friday on 22nd of July 2005,
In the hours immediately after the shooting, Commissioner Ian Blair telephoned the Chairman of the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) and wrote a letter to the Home Office stating that:
"The shooting that has just occurred at Stockwell is not to be referred to the IPCC and that they will be given no access to the scene at the present time"
The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) launched two investigations, Stockwell 1 and Stockwell 2,
Stockwell 1, the findings of which were initially kept secret, concluded that none of the officers would face disciplinary charges,
Stockwell 2 just ‘criticized’ the police command structure and communications to the public,
In July 2006, the ‘Crown’ Prosecution Service said there was insufficient evidence to prosecute any of the officers,
On 1 November 2007, the british jury stated: “the operational commander on the day, Cressida Dick, bore no personal culpability"
On 13 October 2008, at an inquest into the death, a police surveillance officer named only as "Owen" admitted that:
“he had deleted a computer record of Cressida Dick's instruction that they could allow Menezes to run on to Tube as he was not carrying anything"
On 13 October 2008, the IPCC launched an investigation,
On 2 December 2008, Michael Wright ordered the jury that:
“They may not return one of unlawful killing,” leaving their options as lawful killing,
On 4 December 2008, during Michael's summing up, members of the Menezes family got up and undid their jackets exposing printed slogans on their t-shirts, with the wording:
"Your legal right to decide – unlawful killing verdict,"
and left the court room,
Sir Michael, however, asked the jury to ignore the protest,
In November 2009, the Metropolitan Police reached a compensation deal with the family of Jean Charles de Menezes,

| Things, that people usually ignore, are the real tools through which western powers specially britain and usa control the world,
For example:
nawaz sharif was the bald, so next,
they installed musharraf…with hair style…always moving his fingers over his ‘stylish’ hair,
first they propagate through their agents …bald…bald…bald…about nawaz sharif,
so that people start taking it into notice,
they use advertisements, movies, stage dramas, stage shows, tv programs and through so many tactics in which they teach people that bald are bad, cheap, selfish, of no quality and so on,
it shows how they control media,
it shows why they control media,
it shows how and why media is so important for them,
it shows how they rule the world without any genuine reason through cheap, illiterate and mother-seller agents,
in 90% cases, they use psychological tactics,
they have heavy files of psychological experiences of hundreds of years with each and every nation of the world,
they even control own people through this way,
but this another story,
they know for sure that when they act this way…people will react that way,
they know for sure that when they show this action…people will show that reaction,
they are competent in their practices,
its very important for them to control media,
that’s why they discourage literacy and education in countries they control,
because its very easy to control illiterate people,
educated people ask so many questions so they need different and more careful treatment,
while playing with illiterate people is even entertaining and a kind of enjoyment,
they have ignited so many bloodsheds, riots, jewish-christian/jewish-muslim bloody clashes in so many countries on so many occasions, through these tactics,
they have toppled so many democratic governments in the world through these tactics,
they have constructed foundations to initiate so many wars through these tactics,
they know how to ignite jew-muslim clash,
they know how to ignite sunni-shia clash,
they know how to ignite hindu-muslim clash,
they know how to ignite arab-persian clash,
they know how to ignite black-white clash,
they know how to ignite clashes within latin americans,
they can calculate the psychology of various illiterate/literate nations on their fingertips,
they control the world through little things,
by doing simple and easy things,
by adopting simple and easy steps,
by reversing simple and easy actions,
oppressed nations of the world can change the situation in their favor,
its easy and simple,
rat, snake, owl and bee are their guide and philosophers,
they learn from insects to how to rule on human beings,
they worship big fish to how to rule little fish,
the whole spider’s nest is based on dry leaves,
one simple blow of fresh air of education for real independence can tarnish the whole nest,
they don’t like it,
that’s why they install crooks in many countries of the world to continue maintain status quo and faulty nest,
they install corrupt establishments and make situation worst,
they block every possible way for nations to progress,
they talk democracy and they install crooks and kings,
they go on wars and kill millions,
then they showpiece inquiries to fill in blanks of history,
whenever you encounter confusion, doubt and propaganda,
you should be sure that they are there,
they conduct bloodshed and inquiry at the same time???
What a fraud with history!!!
As fraudulent as their philosophy and democracy.
