Creative, I hope Pakistan Government can implent already discussed and mutually accepted " Musawwada-e-Sharia Qawaneen" by Islamic Nazariyati Council.

As that Musawwada is based upon the research, discussions and mutual harmony with all school of thoughts.

As far as Niazam-e-Adal of Swat is concenred. Quiad-e-Azam made a deal with all these tribes while fighting for the creation of Pakistan, that your traditional ways of life would not be interfered ( meas their old Jarga system and easy Insaf by their tradtions- if they call it Islam. Ok) but it is conditional that they would give us PEACE. if not then we have a problem.

We can not accept this system for all Pakistan, but again said that we should implement that MUSAWWADA which is equally respected by all sects of Islam in Pakistan and if that goes like a SUCCESS, then might be other Muslim Countries can study it and implement it.

Mufti Muneeb-u-Rehman's some points needs attention by the Government of Pakistan. He is a well-known religios figure and well-respected Mufti of Pakistan.

This is a very crucial & delicate subject which needs extremely careful handling. Mere debate can create further issues because of wrong interpretation. 

I beleive that this is less of a deal but more of a need. Paksitan was created in name of Islam & so no harm is seen of excercising Islamic principles.

However, some individuals have misused the basic guidelines for their own self interests. 

Personally, I feel that implemetation is the core step, which is needed & one has to manage it very carefully & ensure that it remains hugely distinguished from terrorirst organizations supported by our enemies & true Islamist who want to bring peace & harmony.
