I think Imran Khan has to stop appearing so frequently on TV talk shows. He should go for very selective talk shows at most once in a month or if there is some very crucial political issue in the country. I have noted that of all the talk shows which are uploaded on PTI website, people only watch and give their comments on those Talk Shows where Imran Khan is the participant. This on one hand undermine the effort of the rest of PTI leadership and on the other it keep Imran Khan too busy to save time for other important party activities. If in place of Imran Khan, there will be PTI spoke persons or office holders on these talk shows, people on this website will have no option, but to watch these talk shows and then gives their critical comment on the performance of PTI participants in these Talk Shows. If they are performing well, the viewers comments will encourage them and if there is some shortcomings, they will have chance to improve themselves by reading the viewer comments. Another overall impact will be that the common Pakistani will come to know about PTI leadership other than Imran Khan and this will effectively wash the label of "one-man show" from PTI.

For Imran Khan, I suggest that he should make list of the competent, reliable, highly qualified, expert, patriotic, and credible personalities from all over Pakistan with the consultation of PTI leadership. Imran Khan should should visit these personalities one by one and try his best to convince these people to join PTI and strengthen PTI. If these people are not agree to come in politics, Imran Khan must ask for their support in making policies and taking guidelines. Meeting with these personalties must be highly publicized on media, so that the people of Pakistan come to know that Imran Khan is trying hard to uprise the party and he has a vision to choose a good team. These meetings will also convey a message to the masses that these notable personalties support PTI in its cause. Apart from these meetings, PTI under the active participation of Imran Khan should frequently organize seminars on various issues faced by Pakistan nowadays by inviting experts (both inland and overseas Pakistanis)who give suggestions for resolving these issues. This will convey a message to the masses that PTI not only criticize the government, but also have a road-map for the prosperous future of Pakistan.
