Salam I see alot of activity from PTI in Punjab, as far as locking horns with PML-N and PPP in Punjab is concerned. Alot of ppl i know who discuss PTI and follow Pakistan Politics wonder if it would be better to concentrate more on K.P. and Balochistan.Reason being: - The two parties there are not that popular, MMA was brought in in reaction to the WoT, and when they failed miserably, ppl turned to ANP, even though alot of ppl dont trust them. I think the grounds are fertile for PTI to make inroads, MUCH MORE THAN PUNJAB. In punjab, the efforts should be very focal, Mianwali, Lahore and other urban areas...but i think in K.P. they can go for provincial govt and lots of NA seats, with lesser effort, i am talking abt Effeciently using the limited resources this non-corrupt and hence underfunded (which is a compliment of sorts) party has. -One theory is that since N.S. is still angry like a little child abt the coup, his usually reliable party is no longer closer to the military establishment. PPP is already anti-military,has been historically and the new corrupt set up is happy taking orders from abroad. In this climate and considering Altaf hussains recent statements,i am wondering if he has put up his hand as the next political front of the status quo. You only have to look at two aspects, a. the green signal they got to campaign in Punjab, and b. The positive media exposure they are getting. It all points to some shift and pulling of strings behind the scene. Maybe its just an attempt to reduce PML-N and PPP seats in some areas and bringing up these smaller parties who are more motivated to be the stooges and hence easy to control. So considering these two facts, i think PTI needs to focus on the two easier provinces(Balochistan, with its north pashtun areas) and K.P. And secondly, to target MQM's lies and media propaganda in Punjab, like their lies abt Supporting Kalabagh in Punjab, while opposing it in Sindh!!! I hope someone from the team will read this, and take the suggession, but i also open this for discussion for the members.

I agree it, ! it seems difficult to significantly penetrate the present political structure in sindh and punjab. sindh is almost repeatedly a base for ppp while in punjab muslim leage remains in one form or other. In khyber pukhtunkhwa we see variation in voters tendency from ppp to PMLn then MMA and later ANP.PTI performance in bi election in SWAT, lucky marwat etc shows a good potential . i wonder why IK is not frequently visiting khyber pukhtunkhwa. i guess to avoid security risks he can have a kind of corner meetings with youth specifically on regular basis . Unfortunately no one in these possible votebanks is watching the talk shows and midia coverage of IK.They rather believe in some strange rumors. For example i asked one elder person about alternative leadership he says nawaz sharif is good because in his previous tenure prices were very low.On the other hand fazlo diesal can blackmail people as usual by giving ticket to some local mufti or mullas. But I still wish and believe PTI can make a government in pukhtunkhwa in allience with sherpao , JI , pml q etc in upcoming genreal election. youth should be our prime target .

I am not sure about Balochistan but with little more efforts and hard work, we can sweep KPK in the next elections.

C'mmon guys we cant just concentrate on 2 provinces..esp when presentl nobdy knows whts the condition of balochistan...Sardars r going to win there...u wanna win a seat in balochistan give them tickets or let them win and if we have seats can form an allaince with them..we need to find our areas of strength and make sure that we sweep those areas completely..KP is one..Lahore has changed a little frm last election in 2008.if Lahore gets a free and fair election,,PML(N) will have a surprise..and lahore means abt 30 seats (NA and PA included)..then there is mianwali and adjoining areas...also all major cities have fan following of Imran Khan and i'm sure our local leadership can convert this fan following into voters...PTI support is everywhere,we need good candidates and little more effort on ground

I think we should have representation in all provinces. I know it is a difficult job but it only requires to organise party structure in one district and then copy it in all other districts. PTI needs to get rid of lazy management from every where and need to have some pro active faces around.
