Two Party Systems By Azam Majeed Last two decade has been some what better for the Pakistan in the way that Pakistan had meet some major challenges both interlay and externally. And in the same duration military and political government in power and handled these issues quite successfully like answer to Indian aggression like nuclear test and as front line state against war on terror as well as internal power game with in the political and military governors. Both had learned their lessons that they had their roles to play and people logger can be made fool. Some signs of maturing democracy are make and break of alliances among political parties. A most vital signs of every successful democracy in the world are two party system. In addition, it looks as Pakistan is heading to that political maturely gradually. Some political parties are more active in that and trying their best to make alliances for any future near for far term elections. A most visible signs of it, PPP and MQM getting closer which have been historically fighting for seats in Sindh. PML-Q also interested in PPP or the other way round which is good sign and PPP losing its faith on PML-N. This the time for all political parities to realize that it is inevitable fact whether from within them self or from out side, so all political alliance should be based only on their party motto and in supreme interest of Pakistan not mere a horse trading.
