By Muhammad Asif | 3243 Views | | News, Pakistan, NWFP, Peshawar | | | PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Sunday urged the government to stop logistic support to the United States and the allied forces in Afghanistan if they did not stop border violations and killing of innocent people.
“The best way to compel the allied forces halt border violation in the so-called hot pursuit of al-Qaeda and the Taliban is to stop logistic support,” Imran told a news conference here. The new government, he said, must stop following Musharraf’s policies to ensure country’s sovereignty and integrity.
“The rulers have owned a war that is being fought for others’ interests. Own people are being killed to appease the foreign masters. The tribesmen in the Fata and Swat are being killed on the directives and dictates of the US and its allies,” he alleged.
He said the attacks on the Army and other law enforcement agencies were the reaction to the coalition forces’ shelling and killing of innocent people in the tribal areas. ìThe blood of Pakhtuns is being shed through a conspiracy hatched by the Americans,î Imran said, adding all the agreements reached with militants in the past were broken on the dictates of the US. “What a person would do if his innocent father, brother, son or other relative is killed without any sin,” he asked. This is a timely and best press conference in the contest of current american barbarism.
The Govt is literally non-functional. The PM Gilani is Zardari's puppet who is himself america's puppet because this is all the result of that DEAL which the America wa broker of- between Benzair & Musharraf.
The suggestions given by Imran are the best and if we still think this country has any sovereignity we must decide now to protect that.
Unfortunately, Pukhtoons have also been sold by so called "pukhtoon leaders"- ANP, shame on them. They have become prtner to Altaf husain and the only thing which can matter for them is - try to cling to the power at any cost & get the maximum share out of Zadari's left behind. shame on you be-gherat ANP leaders & the Biggest FIRAO'N of the day- FAZAL REHMAN- Allah ke laanat on you, you have sold even the ismalic ideology and brought shame to the name of Islam & Mullas.
If we cant defend our borders and cant protect our people then what was the point in getting freedom from British?.
May Allah provide us a leadership like Imran's- Amin.

How would this government stop the logistic support to Americans. Zaradari Daku made a deal with US govt that I will do whatever Musharraf didnt do for you and for that reason fully load my bank account. If they stop logistic support they will have their source of income stopped. I cant even imagin that kids without their arms and legs in the hospital and these SOB's says that we cant fight against americans. I must emphasis again that due to Pakistan's Geographic position, we are in a better position than Iran and Afghanistan and deal with americans with our eyes into their eyes. All we need a courage and religion hold us together. Shame on Government of Pakistan. God Bless Pakistan, God Bless Imran Khan. |

People look at a bigger picture..beyond your local thoughts..
"If we trace the line between the West and the rest, Israel is on the same side as Europe, the US, Japan and Australia. We defend the same values against the same enemies"
[Ex Spanish Prime Minister, Jose Maria Aznar, Jerusalem, Oct 2006] a spanish jew..
More specifically, the growing clamour for the establishment of the Khilafah in the Muslim world has signalled a more violent approach by the West as it faces a losing battle. Bush, the junior, said,
" We fight our enemies abroad instead of waiting for them to arrive in our country. We seek to shape the world, not merely be shaped by it; to influence events for the better instead of being at their mercy"
[President Bush, 16th March 2006, Washington Post]
And stated that the,
"The real challenge for the future is to help people of moderation succeed in the face of threats by radicals and extremists"
[President Bush, Oval Office, October 2006 in meeting with NATO Secretary General de Hoop Scheffer]
What does this all mean?
The West, led by the USA, is mobilising a huge public opinion against political Islam and the need to intervene if necessary within the Muslim world It is assembling a military rapid reaction force through NATO that will give it a pre-text to intervene wherever it wants quickly and decisively with overwhelming force The Muslim world should realise the gravity of the situation it faces itself in and the range of threats both ideologically and military that are stacked up against it In response to a new aggressive, belligerent West the Khilafah once established needs to have preventive measures to combat the West's colonial ambitions and institutions such as NATO Muslims throughout the world can and must continue to expose the colonial and imperialistic motives of NATO, the countries that form part of it, and its future plans whilst contrasting with the vision that the Khilafah offers the globe in solving humanity's problems

Ending NATO's logistic support should be an immediate option for Pakistan to implement. There should be no slowness in this regard. |

Bush's invasion of Afghanistan had nothing to do with the events of 9/11. In fact, the invasion was planned long before that day and, furthermore, Bin Laden is on public record as stating he had nothing to do with the events of that fateful day. No convincing material evidence, despite numerous requests to produce it, has been provided to refute Bin Laden's statement. Sadly, even most of the progressive left believe the White House version of the events of 9/11 and that Bin Laden masterminded and carried out the murderous attacks. merely 25 days after 9/11, was in fact the beginning of a crusade against Islam and Muslims in the name of a fanatical brand of evangelical Christianity under the guise of promoting freedom and democracy. Of course oil and Bush's desire to exert America's supremacy were also motivating factors. But the world was duped into thinking that the invasion was a payback for 9/11 when in fact the 9/11 attacks were a pre-calculated pretext. Don't take my word for it,

they say we can't fight with america, well nation is not asking you to fight cz its common sense we can't,even though i feel when pakistani awam stand behind GOVT then we can fight any one in this world.we are only saying at least stop them in our territory, just one weak statment by general kiyani borought whole fata togather & they issued a statment that whole fata will stand beside army on any cost if enemy inter's in our land.we want moral stand,we want clear statements,we want them at least block the supply which goes through pakistan & they dependent on,we want them to draw a line now cz after FATA these drones & gunship are not just stopping on NWFP only but with this kind of confidence all these palaces of politicians & GHQ will be under americans boot, just like they used saddam hussain palaces for party & intertainment today. |
