Nominations rules:

·         Nomination period will start on 10th of March and end at 16th of March.

·         Anybody can nominate anybody.

·         Nominators must be registered PTI member.

·         Nominees must be registered PTI member.

·         People can nominate themselves, nominations should be sent to [email protected].

·         Nominators must at least include an email address for the nominee. Nominees will be offered a chance to decline their nomination.

·         If PTI NSW accepts their nomination they will be asked to provide additional information which is similar to our membership form.

·         When nomination period ends, the complete list of candidates will be published on
www.insaf.pk and emailed to the PTI memebrs Sydney/NSW.

·         PTI members can send their vote via email to [email protected]. by stating the name of the candidate they are casting vote for by the 20th March 2009.

Schedule:
The nomination start: 10th of March 2009
The nomination end: 16th of March 2009

Voting via email starts: 17th of March 2009

Voting via email ends: 20th of March 2009

Normal Voting starts: 22nd of March 2009 at 4.00 PM AEST.
Normal Voting ends: 22nd of March 2009 at 4:30 PM AEST

Official result announced and speech by the former PTI Australia president: 22nd of March at 4:45 PM AEST

Official Handover starts:  22nd March at 5:00 PM AESDT
