Following is the brief introduction of the candidate of presidency:

My name is Mehmood and I am a PhD candidate in Australian School of Business at University of New South Wales.

I haves conducted lectures and tutorials for Information Systems (AIS) unit (INFO11) at Australian Catholic University.

Along with UNSW, I have been involved in guest lecturing, tutoring, and demonstration in over 10 subjects at 4 universities at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Namely, has taught at Macquarie University, The University of Sydney and The Australian Catholic University. Most of the subjects,  I have taught emphasized organizational use of technology, and therefore required considerable knowledge of business, organizational, and technological aspects.

I also hold several certificates in teaching and training from UNSW and The University of Sydney, specializing in Learning and Teaching. My aspiration for high quality research based teaching has led me to initiate an action research project that reflects upon challenges that students face in AIS units and potential pedagogical avenues to consider in alleviating these challenges.
