The law and order of Pakistan’s largest industrial port city is once more the target of violence and the government instead of taking serious measures to ensure peace and stability is failing to maintain security. The police is being politicized and militant groups are being supported by the political forces in Karachi. A judicial inquiry must be held to expose the real culprits and to bring them to justice. All stake holders must resolve to bring stability to this important city and ensure that no foreign elements are permitted to conduct their nefarious acts of terrorism.
