Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan said that if the rulers follow the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) the country would not face crisis as being by faced by it at present.
PTI is the only political force in the country that is striving to ameliorate the lot of common man in the light of Islamic teachings while following the foot steps of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), he added.
In a press statement issued by the party central media office on Friday, Mr Khan opined that Eid-e-Miladun Nabi not only signifies the message of peace, love and harmony but also reminds the Muslims to follow the golden precepts of Islam.
Commenting over the birth of a baby during a traffic jam caused by the security arrangements made for President Asif Zardari on his visit to Quetta, PTI chairman said if the rulers cannot solve the problems of the masses they should at least stop compounding their miseries.
Mr Khan said that on one hand the rulers talk about the poor but on the other hand they target the same to punish them in the name of security, economic recession, price hike, power crisis and war on terror. Neither The Quran nor the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) allows such duplicity and oppression., he added.
PTI on this special occasion of Eid-e-Miladun Nabi calls on the nation to recognize the true face of rulers who have proved their disloyalty towards the country , adding that the birth of baby on road is open proof of the ruler's apathy and insensitivity. |
