Accoding to Dunya News, a bogus polling station is identified in NA-123.

According to them some presiding officers are given Rs.500,000/- cash each to purchase votes on the spot.

They also shown an order of DCO Lahore that on specific polling stations Presiding Officers will not leave till further orders.

On some polling stations copies are without seral numbers.

PTI Candidate casted his vote, and said that voters are being harrassed but he will continue his fight.

Few CEC members just visited 60 polling stations in NA123 and from what I have analysed and heard i can tell you here since none of you have mentioned it.

There are approximately 280 odd polling stations. PML N and Punjab Govt Machinery has played a very shrewd game in rigging yet another election. Since they are past masters of rigging. In each polling station polling agents/presiding officers have stolen/hidden voters list of 150 people. So PTI voters once they go into polling stations most of them cant find their name and after 3pm these polling agents will cast votes in favour of PML N on those voters list.if you multiply 150 into 287 you get the figue of 45000. So that is what PML N has done, they have manipulated voters list by deliberately hiding it from potential PTI/JI supporters. That is why Independent Election Commission is necessary. Shame on PML N and Punjab govt machinery.

Saqib Idrees Taj, Mansoor Sarwar and Col (R) Iqbal visited many polling stations in NA-123, at least one list of voters is missing from each polling station, voters are in panic as they are unable to cast their vote. Many voter lists are without serial number. Many Tehreek e Insaf voters protested in front of police and media. These missing lists will be used for rigging at the end of polling. Tehreek e Insaf request Chief Justice to take notice of this serious rigging.

 Dunya news reporting current turnout around 15% and predicting maximum of 20% if voters are rushed to polling stations in the last hour.

summary

1) voting list issue was at every polling station, people do not find their names in the list for one reason or other..i have talked with one PTI activist and he told me that we have lists from 2007 and the lists they have and lists which Presiding officers have are different..
i personally cant figure out this issue..what i can imagine that as we have boycotted the 2008 elections so at that time contesting parties registered their voters and our voters were not registered (my personal opinion) and that PTI activist agreed with me in the end

2) Low turn out 25 % or so and at certain polling station N people trying to cast votes of the missing voters with the help of Presiding officers (not at all but at certain polling stations) , so N is using this low turn out in their favour

3) at some polling stations yes PTI has got good votes, i talked with a guy who was in polling station of Wapda town and he was confident that he himself carried people with him from their houses to vote for PTI and he was expecting good result atleast at his polling station...people also told that in some polling stations in shad bagh good number of votes are casted for PTI

4) PTI activist are still trying to get voters out of the houses to cast their votes in last hour, they also told that we brought voters to polling stations but who will vote for u who not, they cant tell , coz in the end it is the voter who decide to whom he/she casts vote..so they cant predict anything about number of votes casts in favour of PTI..on the other hand it is also possible that some voters go to N camp to get their voter Id and then casted vote for PTI or JI..you cant read heart and mind of voter...

i have written all these lines based on my 1 hour telephonic talk with different people who were at polling stations or bringing voters to polling stations in UC37 and 38..
