PTI Canada collected $1,450 at Masjid in Milton after Friday prayers and shipped the first container of items to Pakistan.

Mr. Zulfiqar Mirza, coordinator of Brampton volunteered to collect donations at a local Masjid in Milton, Ontario on Friday – August 27, 2010

People donated generously and a total sum of $ 1,450 was collected.

Also on the same day, first container of items (food, water, canned food and other basic necessities) was shipped to PTI’s office in Pakistan via PIA.  This items were collected by Mr. Kashif, a member of PTI and resident of Mississauga, Ontario
