Islamabad (7 Feb, 2012): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has said that Zardari, Nawaz and Fazlur Rehman troika inflicted harm on the country. Addressing a news conference, the PTI chairman said the troika has dented the interests of the people and the country. He said that the country’s wealth has been looted mercilessly.

The Insaf Students Federation and LUMS students arranged a lecture with Imran Khan on 4^th February 2012. Chairman Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf Imran Khan expressed deep sorrow on the tragic deaths of residents and factory workers killed and injured in the collapse of the factory building and its adjoining houses in Lahore. He condoled with the bereaved families and prayed for the recovery of almost 50 people trapped in the building.

Islamabad (3 Feb, 2012): Chairman Imran Khan, has moved the Supreme Court to hold on the by-polls scheduled to be held on February 25. Today, he submitted a civil miscellaneous appeal to his previous petition seeking removal of fake votes from the voter lists prior to the by-elections. The PTI’s Chairman Imran Khan filed the appeal through Advocate and PTI's Senior Vice President Hamid Khan, saying that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) was holding by-polls without fixing errors in the existing electoral rolls.

Chairman Imran Khan was very well received at the Zurich International Airport and was taken to the city of Davos. He was accompanied with the Staff of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Switzerland chapter, all along for the four days. Throwing light on current situation, he said that people are dying of hunger and starvation and the government is promoting its philosophy of democracy. He said that loadshedding of gas and electric power has jammed the routine of life. Workers and the poor are wandering here and there in search of their living but in vain. He said rulers are looters and plunderers, “I am standing with Imran Khan for progress and prosperity of the country”. He said that country is rising and people creating hindrances in its way would be thrown away.

Senior Vice President Hamid Khan has announced the results of the first ever intra-party elections in UK. He has congratulated the winning candidates and encouraged the candidates who could not win, to participate actively in PTI UK activies and support the elected teams.

If someone is joining PTI to come in power, he will will be disappointed . Dr Mizari was welcomed by around 3000 supporters and spoke against the oppression of women, the thanna culture and the repressive feudal system.

 Today,on Tuesday 17th January 2012, Doctor Shireen Mizari lead a good size rally from Rojhan Mizari to Rajanpur District.

This is a historical event especially in the Mizari area where no woman has addressed a rally in Rojhan. Doctor Mizari first spoke to a group of 500 locals of Rojhan and was later escorted by a large number of youth and supporters on motor-bikes and cars  towards the jalsa in Rajanpur. Doctor Mizari was welcomed by around 3000 supporters and spoke against the oppression of women, the thanna culture and the repressive feudal system.
 Doctor Mizari assured the crowd that 'Tehreek-e-Insaf will provide justice and will restore the dignity of the ordinary man and woman which will liberate them from the oppression that they have been suffering at the hands of the feudal'.

Islamabad (16-01-2012): The Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan, on Monday said that the role of parliament and Supreme Court has been defined in the constitution. If Parliament being a decisive force than the Supreme Court should be abandoned from working any further.

A meeting of the Central Executive Committee Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf was held today in Islamabad. The CEC welcomed the decision by Tehrik e Istaqlaal led by a revered national figure  Air Marshall Asghar Khan to merge itself in Pakistan Tehrik e Insaaf. Air Marshall Asghar Khan has stood for clean politics and rule of law all his life and the passing of this mantle to Imran Khan and Pakistan Tehrik e Insaaf is a huge endorsement of the principled politics pursued by PTI. During the meeting between the two leaders Air Marshall Asghar Khan demanded of the Supreme Court to hear his petition regarding distribution of money to some politicians including Nawaz Sharif by the ISI before the 1990 election. Mr. Imran Khan and PTI supported this demand.
