Belgium (5 Feb, 2012): PTI Belgium held its first discussion forum on 5th February 2012 in which Mrs. Fauzia Kasuri, President Women Wing PTI, participated via a video link.  People from different walks of life including, PTI Belgium organizing committee members, students and expatriate community of Pakistanis living in Belgium attended the event.

Italy:Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Emilia Romagna held a huge Jalsa

Italy: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Italy Chapter's leadership meet Chairman Imran Khan in Davos.

A dinner was arranged in January 2012 in a Banquet Hall in Copenhagen in the honour of Major (Retd) Khalil Awan, President District. Gujrat. The dinner was hosted by the local expat community led by Ch. Ejaz and Ch. Iftikhar. Mr Awan was warmly welcomed by both PTI-Denmark counsel and the Pakistani community in Copenhagen.

Secretary General Dr. Arif Alvi has congratulated the elected office bearers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in the United Kingdom.  They now have the responsibility to further the goals of the party, to provide leadership and endeavor to unite all members into one strong group.

PTI Belgium held a meeting on 27th January of its organizing body chaired by Sheikh Majid.  Agenda of the meeting included arrangements of first discussion forum, organizational issues regarding upcoming public gathering and follow up on some ongoing matters.

Senior Vice President Hamid Khan has announced the results of the first ever intra-party elections in UK. He has congratulated the winning candidates and encouraged the candidates who could not win, to participate actively in PTI UK activies and support the elected teams.

SVP Hamid Khan has announced that the e-balloting time for PTI UK election has ended and results will be announced on 29th January 2011.

In the history of European Shengen countries PTI ITALY arranged a GRAND JALSA in Reggio Emiglia on 22nd January 2012.Host of the event were Mr.Haji Muhammad Ilyas membership coordinator PTI EMILIA ROMAGNA and her daughter Miss Nosheen Ilyas President PTI ITALY women wing with team.

Office of international affairs in a statement has clarified that the regional demarcation announced for PTI UK election is correct. It was further explained that for this year's elections areas of greater london for instance Ilford, Harrow have not been included in the London region.

Campaign time for PTI UK intra-party elections will be ending today and e-ballots will be sent tomorrow to all eligible voting members in the 8 regions of UK. Hamid Khan has encouraged all voters to exercise their voting right. 

Belgium(19 January, 2012): PTI Belgium held a meeting on 19th January of its organizing body chaired by Sheikh Majid.  Agenda of the meeting included organization of worker convention, visit to PTI Netherlands, update on the registration process for PTI in Belgium and follow up on some ongoing matters.

PTI Germany held a seminar-cum-discussion event in Berlin on January 15th where the structure and working of PTI in Germany was presented and discussed.

The CEC has endorsed the election process as it is proceeding under Mr Hamind Khan in its meeting on 14th January 2012.  Mr Imran Khan also confirmed the contents of the minutes of the previous CEC meeting.

January 9, 2012 was held a short meeting with President of PTI Gujrat district, Major Khalil UR Rehman Awan. The meeting was held at Shalimar restaurant with between 100 to 200 people. There were people associated with the different political parties, background and origin

As per schedule, SVP Hamid Khan has announced the final list of 46 candidates who will be contesting the PTI UK first ever intra-party elections.

SVP Hamid Khan who is overseeing the PTI UK elections has said that after sharing the regional voters lists with contesting candidates, the elections have entered campaign phase in which contestants will reach the voters and motivate them to vote in the first ever intra-party elections in the UK.

 An important meeting of PTI Belgium presided by Sheikh Majid held on Monday 2nd January 2012. In which renowned businessmen from Belgium and other European countries announced to join PTI. Those who joined include Malik Mohammad Saeed from Belgium, Khurram Shah from Germany, Mian Babar from Switzerland, Zulfiqar Bajwa from Spain and many others.

 Secretary International affairs Dr. Humayun Mohmand and SG Dr. Arif Alvi citing a recent program by Ishtiaq Khan (secretary election commission) have encouraged all overseas Paksitanis specially PTI members to get their NICOP cards.

Dublin 26th December :A get together dinner was organized by PTI Ireland on 26th December 2011 in Dublin, Ireland, in which a large number of people attended from all walks of life  

Senior Vice President Hamid Khan who is overseeing the PTI UK elections has asked potential contestants of PTI UK elections to submit their candidature before 30th December 2011. He promised free and fair, first ever elections in PTI UK.

Senior Vice president Hamid Khan has announced the renaming schedule of PTI UK elections by re-opening the candidate nominations for the eight regional chapters of UK.

Belgium (December 18, 2011): PSA organized a debate on a topic: 'Can PTI bring a change - A reality or a deception?'. PTI Belgium participated in the event and defended the position of party. Debate was attended by good number of students. Majority of students were in the favor of PTI but at same time showed their concerns over new entrants in party. PTI Belgium assured participants that a transparent process will be developed for ticket awarding to make sure to have right people to represent us. 

Paris (9 December 2011): PTI France strongly condemns and denies any news about arrangement of Zulfiqar Mirza's Jalsa in Paris.

 On 09 December, 2011 PTI Belgium meeting held at its head office in Brussels. Meeting was presided by Central Membership coordinator Sheikh Majid.

Amsterdam  (    ): Overseas Pakistanis play an important role in Pakistan’s progress said by Khurram Saleem, Vice President, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Holland. He said this during the visit of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Belgium

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Manchester celebrated Imran Khan’s 59^th birthday on 25^th Nov 2011. A large number of people attended the show. 

The following decision was made in the CEC with reference to the appeal filed by Ms Rabia Zia regarding the election process in UK:

People Youth Organization' Jaranwala's President Mr. Rana Imran Arif Khan with 25 PPP workers joined Pakistan tehreek-e-Insaaf and they owed to play their role for supporting and promoting PTI back in Pakistan in their respective areas.

Many journalists who are in France since 20 years, told that they have never seen such a gathering in any political meeting.The passion was spectecular.

Central finance secretary has issued the policies and rules for finance and fund raising by overseas chapters which will be followed in letter and spirit.

 Zinda dillan e Lahore’s participation elevated the spirits and PTI Lahore/ Punjab did a commendable job of arranging a well organised political event. Quaid e Inqilab, Imran Khan’s speech was a true reflection of his political insight and a strong ‘will’ to change the Pakistan.

PTI Norway wish its best to the PTI management in Pakistan to arrange a successfull jalsa in Lahore. Let us make this Jalsa a Historical event.

October 3 : Ambassador and Head of Delegation of the European Union His Excellency Lars-Gunnar Wigemark called on the Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan in Islamabad here today. They discussed matters of mutual interest.

Secretary International affairs, Dr. Humayun Mohmand has encouraged potential contestants of PTI UK elections to submit their candidature before 28th September 2011 which is the deadline for the same.

The office of international affairs has extended the candidate nomination deadline to 28th September 2011 from 18th September 2011 as the voters list based on regions was not published earlier due to logistical delays.

The elections for PTI UK have entered the nomination phase for regional elections which will be held in eight out of 12 regions. The deadline for nominations is 18th September 2011.

 France: PTI France organizes an Iftar Party for members. A large number of PTI members from France joined the iftar party prearranged by Yasir Qadeer. 

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Ireland is organized a Save Pakistan Rally/Hakumat Hatao, Pakistan Bachao on 30th July 2011, outside Pakistan embassy in Dublin. 

PTI France chapter held a Meeting in condolence of the deaths of two PTI workers in Karachi. Mr. Muhammad Israr, General Secretary of UC 5 in PS 93 and Mr. Raheemullah were kidnapped and later killed by unknown assailants in the city of Karachi,
