Saif Ullah Niazi Additional General Secretary PTI returns from Karachi, hundreds were gathered at the Islamabad Airport to welcome him upon his return from a very successful jalsa of Karachi. Sadaqat Ali Abbasi (RO North Punjab) along with North Punjab and Rwp District Team, Hina Manzoor, Arif Abbasi, Naveeda Sultan, Asif Mehmood and Novaid Kiyani were present at the Airport to welcome him. The charged up Rawalpindi District team were chanting slogans and welcomed Saifullah Niazi.

ISF Punjab President Farrukh Habib made it clear in a press conference last day at rawalpindi press club that if Punjab Gov. will not allow us to do our convention in Al-hamra Art Council on 20 dec Tuesday..the we will record our protest and stage our convention on Murree road. Punjab Gov. is afraid of the growing power of ISF all over the Punjab and is using delaying tactics to fail our program in Rawalpindi but we will not let it happen.

PTI North Punjab Newsletter (Aug-Sept 2011)

PTI Afshan Colony’s Workers conducted a protest against the load shedding of Gas on November 25th, 2011 . The Main Organizers of the Rally were Malik Tehleel, Khurram Shehzad, Kamran, Shahryar Khan, Imran Ahmed , Rana Muhammad Tariq . Participation of people in rally proved that people are fed up of current system & want a change by bringing Imran Khan into power.

The meeting started with tilawat Quran-e-pak by Mr Haq Nawaz. As per the agenda, Mr. Sadaqat Abbasi (RO North Punjab) explained the party structure and working methodology to the new joiners and explained each role along with the responsibilities of the office bearers. While chairing the meeting, he also explained PP structure, wing structures and gave introduction of the evaluation committee concerning its role.  PCOs were instructed to devise a plan with Maj Noman who is heading the evaluation committee. Later progress of the door to door campaign and block code were discussed.

Meeting of the District started after Tilawat-e-Quran-e-Pak, Mr. Muqarrab Ali formally started the proceedings, subsequent to the introduction of new members who joined PTI. As maintained by agenda of the meeting all PPs shared the progress and the current situation in their respective PPs. Mrs. Hina Manzoor addressed the major concerns of the old members in reference with some news article recently published in the newspapers and said that everyone should be focused on the goals of PTI and work towards its achievement. Now the focus should be on door to door campaign and the distribution of PTI’s manifesto and to make sure that it should reach every household. 

PTI PP07 meeting was held on November 10, 2011 to congratulate workers for distribution of 20,000 printed messages door to door. PCO Asif Zia Malik, Tariq Bajwa and Saad Ali Khan addressed the meeting and emphasized the youth to be proactive in spreading the awareness among the masses. Youth reiterated their resolve to promote the change.

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, riding a high popularity wave after the impressive Oct 30 Lahore public meeting, presently lacks winning candidates for the next general elections, a serious shortcoming that he plans to surmount in the coming months.

Chairman Imran Khan returns and starts from where he had left in Lahore. Thousands were gathered at the Islamabad/Benazir Airport to welcome PTI Chairman upon his return from a very successful tour of China.

 Corner Meeting arranged by the workers of Afshan colony and Misrial Zones in the Month of Oct-11. Agenda was to mobilize the workers and way forward plan to carry out the activities. Chief Guest was Sadaqat Ali Abbasi (RO North Punjab)

 ISF district RWP organized a membership camp on 18th october 2011 at 6th road infront of alladin fun house. Alhumdulillah around 1 thousand students get registered in that camp.

Rawalpindi 12 Oct 2011: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf District Rawalpindi’s Organizers and workers weekly meeting was held in the district office. Meeting was chaired by Mr. Sadaqat Ali Abbasi RO North Punjab.

Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan has strongly condemned the physical assault of a five-year old child of disabled parents in Rawalpindi and asked the govt. to take strong action against the culprits.

Punjab President farrukh habib attended a organizational meeting at rawalpindi which was arranged by ISF Rawalpindi President Mr.Asif. Farrukh habib and Asif delivered massage of Imran khan to students of rawalpindi. they said student will bring change in system by supporting Imran Khan. Member ship campaign was also planned.

Rawalpindi 05-10-2011: Weekly Meeting of the District started after Tilawat-e-Quran-e-Pak, under the chairmanship of Mr. Sadaqat Ali Abbasi (RO North Punjab). In his opening remarks he appreciated the large number of youth wing Rwp participation in the meeting and introduced the new members who recently joined PTI. Afterwards, it was announced that all PTI position holders should hold party ID cards and for that they may provide their data and pictures, which also required for the upcoming Newsletter.

Weekly Meeting of the District started after Tilawat-e-Quran-e-Pak, Mr. Muqarrab Ali formally started the proceedings. Mr. Sadaqat Ali Abbasi (RO North Punjab) briefed Center’s new policy for district level Tanzeem and implementing 2 to 4 PCOs in each provincial constituency, to the members in detail and instructed that it should be implemented rapidly. Afterwards , Mr. Sadaqat Ali appreciated the work done under PTI structure in different areas of Rwp district and stressed on that we should work hard to overcome the hurdles to further improve ourselves.

Rawalpindi 15-09-2011: Weekly Meeting of the district started after Tilawat–e-Quran-e-Pak. Sadaqat Ali Abbasi RO North Punjab conducted the formal proceedings in which District Council is formed, incorporating members consisting of all position holders of the district as organizers or consituencies, union councils and of district wing. It was announced that this council will meet every after two weeks. Identity cards will be issued to council members with a validity 3 months. Apart from the above mentioned members, district council will consist of Major (R) Anees (Kror), Adil Haseeb (PP-06), Wasiq Qayyum (Kahuta), Dr. Najeeb Alam, Babar Khayal (PP-12) Mohan Pura Ex-Nazim , Jan M Khilari (PP-11) Senior Activist PTI Rwp, Tahir Kiani, Syed Haroon Hashmi (Kahuta), Tariq  Abbassi (PP-01), Mr. Sajid and Haji Kareem (PP-14).

RO North Punjab Sadaqat Ali Abbasi attended (as chief guest) Kabadi Match organized by City Organizer Khurram Shehzad PTI Choa Saiden Shah Distt. Chakwal. More than 15,000 people were present on the event.

Islamabad Aug 6 th 2011: The Capital has long been known for its Boulevard, Bores and Bureaucrats, to be expected I guess, as the official language here has been ‘Yes Sir!” for the past six decades. But I guess that is about to alter. After the turn out of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf’s members on Parade Ground on the call of Chairman Imran Khan, it proved that some citizens have more guts and whole lot more gumption than others. PTI women wing Punjab  were out there in force to say that ‘enough is enough! No more will be tolerated”.
