During our very first meeting of PTI New York on Feburary 26, Muzamil bhai (PTI NY President Muzamil Anwar) informed us about this innocent man about whom he had learned through a Pakistani TV program.  He wanted to help this man gain his freedom and reunite him with his family.  Muzamil bhai was certain that together we can help and win freedom for Mr. Dar. 

In a telephonic conversation with PTI New York President Muzamil Anwar before leaving for Pakistan, Mr. Dar thanked him, PTI New York team, Organization of Pakistani Americans (OOPA) and all those who contributed their efforts and prayed for his freedom.
