Karachi: PTI Sindh made it presence felt by holding a large protest against the recent petroleum price hike in Karachi. Dr. Arif Alvi, Imran Ismail, Subhan Ali Sahil led the protest and called for retraction of the fuel prices.

Islamabad: After speaking to students of Sindh university Jamshoro, Imran Khan expressed concerns over the behaviour of university administration and facist organization who are threatening students from Swat and adjoining areas to leave the university.

PTI Chairman, Imran Khan, strongly condemned the Sindh government’s decision to deny entry to the IDPs into the province on the pretext of registration before entry. According to him, this was unconstitutional as citizens of Pakistan cannot be denied entry into any part of their country, nor can they be asked to register on entering another province. Imran declared that what is even more despicable is the fact that thousands of IDPs have been stranded in the soaring temperatures of Kashmore while the Sindh government, under pressure from coalition partner MQM, denies them access to a part of their own country.

Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan has expressed grief over the death of veteran radio and TV artiste Mahmood Ali. He prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and grant of courage and forbearance to the bereaved family to bear the loss with equanimity. Media Adviser to the PTI chairman Zahid Husain Kazmi and Central Information Secretary of the party Omar Sarfaraz Cheema have also condoled the death of Mahmood Ali.

Imran Khan has finalised preparations to file a formal case with a British court against MQM chief Altaf Hussain, The News learnt here on Sunday.
