Become a Member
Setup Membership Camp
 
  • Camp location is the key; main shopping center of the locality and/or near a bus/wagon stop would be a good place to setup a camp.
  • Minimum 2 banners 12x4 in size, One banner at the face of the camp 2nd banner on the opposite.

    Download the banner from here (Available in Corel Draw format, you would need to change the contact details at the bottom. The printer can do it for you)
  • PTI flags in the surrounding are is important so that anyone passing by can see Green and Red theme of the area.
  • Tables are the important part of the camp  they should be decorated well  with PTI flags.
  • Promotional material should be present along with the membership copies. Example of promotional material are:
a) Fliers (View flier here (.PDF, 25MB), Download source from here, (.ZIP, 16MB), you would need to change the contact details)
b) Stickers
c) Caps
d) Posters
  • Sound system playing national songs is an essential part of the camp because it not only attracts the attention but also creates an atmosphere essential for such activities.
  • It is extremely important to remember that one should not loose temper while interacting with Public.
  • Flyers should also be distributed among traders community before packing up the camp.

 

 

 
Manage Membership Database
 
  • After making the members, it is important to transfer the data onto the Computer.

  • Download excel template from here which you will use to enter data from membership copies

  • Once you have transfered all the membership in the excel, please mail a copy to admins@insaf.pk so that the membership can be uploaded on the website which acts as a central database of all PTI members.

  • Divide membership based on the location and provide list of members to area coordinators so that they can get in touch with the members.

  • If you do not have necessary resources to add data into excel sheet, please send hard copies of membership books to Central Secretariat (C/O Ahsan Mansoor, House 2, Street 84, G-6/4, Islamabad) where data will be entered into the system and you will be mailed hard and soft copies of the membership list.

  • Please note that it is very important that membership database stays only in reliable hands and members details are not forwarded needlessly. Members are our asset and any misuse of their credentials may not only lead to an inquiry inside the party, but may also lead to a legal action against the abuser.

 

 

 
Email/Download Online Members
 
  • You can email members of a specific area as well as download membership details from this website. For that you need to be a coordinator, or a representative appointed by the coordinator.

  • In order to be able to send email and download membership, you need to get registered on the website and send your login name to admins@insaf.pk requesting access. Please provide necessary details of your area and contact details of your local leadership so that your request can be verified. Your email will also be forwarded to General Secretary, Dr Arif Alvi.

  • You will be notified once you are given the access. After that you need to login and access the 'Email' and 'Membership Download' facility from "Coordinate" tab. If you need any assistance, you can send your queries to admins@insaf.pk

  • Please note that any email you send is monitered by the admin team and any misuse may lead to taking the access back as well as an inquiry.
