"My only crime is asking for true freedom for my nation", Imran Khan
Lawyers of Chairman Imran Khan met him in Adiala Jail today. After the meeting, the lawyers said, "When Imran Khan was told that NAB had attached ten volumes with his reference, Imran Khan specifically told the judge that my life is an open book, I would say that these ten volumes should be opened so that the public will know what I have done. My only crime is to ask for real freedom."
Imran Khan also said on the foulest statement made against Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi by Khawar Manika's servant yesterday, "The statement made against me yesterday was made under the pressure of the agency".
Aamer Farooq only seems to be working for convicted criminals now as he rejected Imran Khan's request after keeping it pending for 11 months.
Today, 123 days have passed since the illegal imprisonment of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Aamer Farooq has done the most injustice against Imran Khan in the last year and a half. Today, the same injustice was demonstrated in the case of withdrawing the application of the Tosha Khana case. Imran Khan had filed a petition against the Tosha Khana disqualification decision in the Islamabad High Court last year. Later filed a new petition in January to withdraw it so that he could file this petition in the Lahore High Court instead of Islamabad. But Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Aamer Farooq delayed this request for 11 months and today rejected the request to withdraw the request without any legal reason. There is no precedent for such a decision in judicial history.
Adiala Jail has now become the Adiala Court for Imran Khan.
After the cipher and the NAB cases, the Election Commission will bring its judge and staff to appear before Imran Khan in Adiala Jail. In a ludicrous case involving insulting the Election Commission, the entire Election Commission will visit Adiala Jail to indict Imran Khan. Now, only the Islamabad High Court and the Supreme Court remain, which have not gone to Adiala Jail.
Hearing in the cases of Imran Khan and his wife is further delayed.
Chairman Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi's bail application in NAB cases were heard today inside the Adiala Jail. Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Naeem Haider Panjutha, said after the hearing, "The hearing on both the applications of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi has been postponed till December 13. Arguments will be given on the next date".
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's worker's convention in Peshawar also turned into a rally.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf organized a worker's convention in Peshawar today. Like other conventions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the worker's convention of Peshawar turned into a rally. A big crowd was inside the convention, and the other was outside on the streets.
The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have given a message to everyone by holding a historic demonstration against fascism that Imran Khan will become the next prime minister.
The Peshawar High Court urged the election proceedings, while Justice Aamer Farooq scheduled the plea to defer the elections.
Today, the Peshawar High Court has asked the Election Commission for the election schedule on the upcoming date in the election case. But, Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Aamer Farooq has followed the desire of the PML-N and PDM parties to run away from the election. A citizen's request for postponing the election has been fixed for a hearing tomorrow that was lodged today. Now, the test of the Chief Justice Supreme Court Qazi Faez Isa is whether he will implement his order or allow the conspiracy to postpone the election to succeed.

Police illegally raids the residence of Hafiz Farhat Abbas, a leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf crossing all limits of fascism. Hafiz Farakht expressed on Twitter, "Throughout the night, the police intruded upon the privacy of the household. Continuous harassment was inflicted upon the women in my sister's and brother in-law's home. Male police officers, without the presence of any female counterparts, barging the family's bedrooms. I implore for a semblance of humanity to prevail. Please reflect on your actions, at the very least."
Fake case of burning police car and vandalism in front of Zaman Park.
The court heard the case against Ejaz Chaudhry, Akbar Khan and Sibghatullah. The court has summoned the three accused for the indictment proceedings at the next hearing and adjourned further proceedings till December 20. Even after being incarcerated for seven months, the police could not bring any evidence against any leader or worker.
The decision of appointing returning officers from the Punjab bureaucracy for the general elections challenged in Lahore High Court.
Tehreek-e-Insaf Additional Secretary General Umair Khan Niazi has filed an application on behaf of Barrister Abuzar Salman Khan Niazi. The President of Pakistan, the Prime Minister, the Chief Minister, and the Election Commission have been included as parties. It is stated in the petition that "Transparent election is not expected from the caretaker government. Free, transparent, and impartial elections are inconceivable within the government bureaucracy. The court should nullify the Election Commission's notification of the appointment of bureaucracy for ROs and DROs," the petition has requested that "the court should order the Election Commission to contact the Chief Justice and appoint judicial officers".
The collusion between the Election Commission and the administration continues.
The Election Commission ordered a change of the IG and DC Islamabad on October 26. On November 21, the Ministry of Interior wrote a letter to the Establishment Division for the change. The minister is Ahad Cheema. Today is December 6. Nothing has changed. It clearly shows the position of the Election Commission, which is running a contempt case against Imran Khan.
Electricity cost goes up.
Electricity is 3 rupees 7 paise per unit more expensive. PDM and caretaker governments have created such an economic disaster that now the poor people will pay overpriced electricity bills along with expensive gas in winter.
Price of gas increased once again by 137%.
Neither electricity nor gas is cheap for people now. The price of gas was increased by 172% earlier, and now again, the price of gas will be increased by 137% for the citizens of Punjab and Islamabad. The people of Peshawar and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will also have to face a 137 percent increase.
