In these 132 days, justice is being strangled by the hands of the judiciary every day. Basic human rights like freedom of expression and dissent have been taken away. The same was demonstrated by Judge Zulqarnain Abul Hasnat of the Special Court in his decision. The Special Court under the Official Secrets Act has instituted a stringent prohibition on disseminating the proceedings of the cipher case through print, electronic, and social media. Furthermore, the court has mandated punitive measures against any violators. This represents an unprecedented and disreputable decision in history.

Another historic decision of the Peshawar High Court prevented the Election Commission from taking a final decision on the "bat" symbol.

The court has also restrained the Election Commission from reaching a final decision in the election symbol case. Justice Faheem Wali inquired, "Will you present yourselves before the Election Commission on December 18?" Barrister Gohar responded, "We will appear before the Election Commission on December 18." Chief Justice Muhammad Ibrahim, during the hearing, remarked, "Elections are the nation's trust, with the administration merely issuing orders on 3 MPO." Despite orders issued for over 700 in 3 MPOs in the province, the Chief Justice questioned the possibility of transparent elections under such administration and circumstances. Can these officers fulfil their duties in such a situation? The court consolidated the election symbol case with the intra-party case and adjourned the hearing until December 19.
