A summary of today's important and breaking news regarding PTI and the country that the mainstream media of Pakistan will never show you.

IHC halts in-camera Cipher case trial till January 11.

The Islamabad High Court halts the in-camera trial of the cipher case till January 11. Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb made a great decision. A blow to London plans to punish Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi at any cost in a lightning-fast secret trial in jail. Justice Gul Hasan adjourned the trial till January 11. During the hearing, he repeatedly referred to the recent decision of the Supreme Court in connection with the cipher case.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi was again sent to Adiala Jail.

The police who arrested Shah Mahmood Qureshi illegally today presented him in court, handcuffed. They tried to take more physical remand. But the duty judge rejected it. He was sent to Adiala Jail. His bail application will be filed again. Shah Mehmood Qureshi displayed the victory sign while being transported to the court and jail today.

"Imran Khan is completely relaxed and at peace in jail".

Information from the prison staff indicates that Imran Khan does not appear to be under any form of pressure while in jail. Instead, based on accounts from the prison staff, his interactions with visitors, laughter, and engagement in exercise give the impression that Imran Khan is treating his time in jail as a picnic. In contrast, judges who visit the jail to conduct cases often appear to be nervous.

Quetta court released Khadijah Shah.

The court in Quetta has issued an order for the release of Khadijah Shah, directing that she be sent to Lahore with her family. Initially arrested in a baseless case in Punjab on May 9, she was subsequently detained in several other cases. When other measures proved ineffective, the Balochistan police apprehended her in a case, from which she has now been released today.

The Supreme Court was shut down during a crucial juncture in history.

History will bear witness to the darkest period when there were massive violations of human rights in the country. Political figures were regularly kidnapped, and democracy was on the brink of collapse. The Election Commission and the electoral process were facing difficulties when the Supreme Court, in a remarkable move, declared holidays early and the entire court was closed on December 28.

Conspiracy to postpone election resumes.

Rulers are afraid of Imran Khan's popularity and are once again plotting to postpone the elections. They are adopting the same tactics as they did in May to postpone the elections of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assemblies.

"There is a shortage of police personnel in Punjab during general elections". The IG Punjab has informed the Election Commission.

It's crucial to recall the strategies employed by the same IG Punjab. He orchestrated a situation during the Punjab Assembly elections, and now similar tactics are being employed once again as the general elections approach.

The Election Commission refused to remove the principal secretary of the Nawaz Sharif era.

The Election Commission wrote in its decision that Fawad Hasan Fawad is the Minister of Privatization who has held important positions in the past. There is no reason to remove him.

Famous journalist Habib Akram wrote an interesting comment on this. "If the presence of Fawad Hasan Fawad in the caretaker government does not threaten the election, then the deer should not feel threatened by the lion. In the future, if the deer shows mistrust on the lion, it should be considered guilty of contempt of court."

It is important to note that Fawad Hassan Fawad has initiated the process of privatizing PIA. The decision on the buyer for this national institution will be made by Fawad Hasan Fawad, who is associated with Nawaz Sharif.

Decisions regarding tickets, including Sheikh Rasheed, have not been finalized yet.

Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf, Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, said, "The allocation of Tehreek-e-Insaf tickets remains undecided, and no official list has been disclosed as of now. Details will be communicated through a press conference once the final decisions are made, which is expected within the next 2 to 4 days. There is also no verdict yet on Sheikh Rasheed's candidacy. Additionally, potential alliances with specific parties have not been confirmed, and the current approach is centred on fielding candidates for each seat".

Administrative bullying continues in the scrutiny of documents.

Yet another glaring instance of administrative coercion during the scrutiny of Tehreek-e-Insaf members' nomination papers has surfaced. Mian Aslam Iqbal highlighted in a tweet that, as the clock struck 11 for the examination of our nomination papers for Constituency PP 171, the process was marred by the intervention of Punjab Police and bureaucracy, undermining the principles of the Constitution and law. This interference, he lamented, was tilting the playing field in favour of wrongdoers. The basic rights of patriotic Pakistani citizens are denied, and every citizen deserves a fair and transparent opportunity to engage in elections. Instead, there is a notable presence of a substantial police force outside the offices of the Returning Officers.

In our constituencies, from #PP171 onwards, HO, DSP, and SP personnel are stationed outside the RO office, compromising public security and hindering our attendance during the scrutiny of nomination papers. An egregious instance of malpractice is evident as the identity cards of both my proposer and endorser have been confiscated. I have submitted a complaint to the Election Commission. The Supreme Court should intervene and address these disgraceful actions, initiating legal action against the Chief Secretary and IG Punjab.

Thanks to the persistent efforts of lawyers, the release of certain members is becomes possible.

After enduring the hardships of 105 days in jail, the young Dr. Mashhood of Hameed Latif Hospital was finally released. He dreamed of going abroad for higher education after getting his degree. But after being named in the May 9 case, all his dreams remained unfulfilled. He reached his home safely. Salute to him that he patiently endured hardships and persevered. The nation will be indebted to such young sons who served unjust imprisonment.

The electricity projects initiated by PML-N have solely contributed to the economic downturn.

Every detail penned on the energy sector over the last four years is unfolding letter by letter, proving to be true. The electricity projects initiated by PML-N have wreaked havoc on the entire economy of Pakistan. Despite an estimated power generation capacity of 40 thousand megawatts, load shedding persists, and bills have surged by 300 percent. Simultaneously, various institutions in the country are resorting to illegitimate means to reinstate Nawaz Sharif.

People broke idols of fear in Umarkot.

The people of Umarkot broke the idol of fear and came out. Yesterday, after the humiliation and arrest of Shah Mehmood Qureshi by the Rawalpindi police, the workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf held a peaceful protest in Umarkot.
