A summary of today's important and breaking news regarding PTI and the country that the mainstream media of Pakistan will never show you.

Chairman Imran Khan was not brought to the court today despite the court order.

Today, 115 days have passed since the illegal imprisonment of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan. In these 115 days, only one picture of Imran Khan has appeared. The jail administration repeatedly disobeyed courts to keep Imran Khan away from the public. On the previous hearing of the cipher case, Special Court Judge Zulqarnain Abul Hasnat had given orders to the Superintendent of Adiala Jail that Imran Khan should appear before the court on the next appearance. But instead of presenting him, the Adiala Jail authorities submitted a report to the court according to which the conditions were so bad that Imran Khan could not be allowed to come out of the Adiala Jail. In this report, Imran Khan's lawyer, Barrister Salman Safdar, said, "Does the jail superintendent have to decide that the risk is high? What is their interest in keeping the PTI chairman in jail? The jail superintendent must either resign, face significant disciplinary measures, or be compelled to appear in court by two o'clock today". After hearing the arguments, Judge Zulqarnain Abul Hasnat issued a judgement that the jail trial of the cipher case would start again, this time, the media and the public would be allowed to hear the case during the trial.

Imran Khan's tribute to the brave people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Chairman Imran Khan's lawyers told the media, "When Imran Khan was informed about the massive turnout of the people in Mardan, Swat, Dir, Kirk and other areas, he was delighted. He paid tribute to the brave people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said this series has started now and will spread throughout the country. It is beyond control now!

Despite the court orders, Imran Khan is still not permitted to communicate with his sons.

The special court summoned the Superintendent of Adiala Jail for the next hearing at the request of Chairman Imran Khan regarding a telephone conversation with his children. The court also called for the jail SOPs regarding the telephone conversation.

The hearing of the female judge intimidation case is finally completed.

Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Naeem Haider Panjutha, tweeted, "Some key points discussed today. Neither the judge was the petitioner in this case, nor did she ever record a statement on it. She did not even appear as a witness. So why is the case still going? Mr. Khan should be acquitted from this case immediately. The court will now decide after hearing the prosecution.

Remember that Mr. Khan has repeatedly appeared in this case. Warrants were also issued. Before this, arguments had been made in the previous court on the plea of acquittal, but the prosecution hung the case by repeatedly adjourning the hearing because there was no weight in this case, and they wanted to prolong the case longer. Now, the court has been asked to give a decision. And Khan should be acquitted because this case is not maintainable".

Hearing of fake cases filed against Imran Khan and his wife is further delayed.

The next date fixed is 12/12/23 in 6 bogus cases against Chairman Imran Khan in the District Court. The date of Bushra Bibi's case in the fake case with fake receipts has also been fixed for December 12.

Justice Aamer Farooq is a facilitator against Imran Khan in the fake Iddat case.

A notable incident in its history occurred when Imran Khan filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court on October 12, contesting the session court's decision to deem the marriage case admissible during the Iddat period. The case was scheduled for a hearing in the court of Justice Aamer Farooq. However, there was no hearing from him for one and a half months. Initially set for October 17, Imran Khan's application was removed from that day's cause list. It was then rescheduled for November 1 but was once again excluded from the cause list. On the third attempt, it was listed for November 30, but it was promptly removed and set for December 18. Presently, the situation seems to hinge on Muhammad Hanif's withdrawal from the civil court. Imran Khan's pending petition in the High Court appears to have become ineffective. However, challenging the recent decision to declare the petition filed in Khawar Manika civil court admissible may face objections from the registrar's office. If a similar application is already pending, how can you file a new one?

Arrested PTI leader and former MNA Junaid Akbar Khan revealed the worst treatment during his imprisonment.

Junaid Akbar Khan said at the appearance today, "I have been arrested on a baseless and fake FIR. I was treated as if I was not a political prisoner but a terrorist or a drug dealer. On a cold November night, I was lying on the ground without a sheet or bed. There were requests to send pictures of me in jail to put more pressure on me. All these tactics will neither discourage me nor will I leave the party.

Innocent Children anxiously await the return of their illegally imprisoned parents.

Lawyer leader Advocate Salman Shahid tweeted, "Misa again came to the anti-terrorism court today to meet her mother Rohina Khan. She is an innocent young child. At the age when a child wants toys and dolls, this daughter only prays for her mama's return from prison."

Political activities of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on the rise.

A corner meeting was held at PTI leader Shahzeb's residence yesterday, in which people participated in large numbers and once again broke the idols of fear. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has held successful worker's conventions in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the past three to four days, which will be extended to other provinces soon.

Sindh government's latest scandal of 180 million dollars.

Last year, during the PDM government, when the country was on the verge of default and was desperate for every dollar, the People's Party government imported 40 electric buses for 180 million dollars. Out of 40, 25 were grounded due to charging issues. The cost of each bus is 4.5 million dollars. The economically challenged nation has received an additional blow of 1.28 billion rupees.

PDM borrowed more loans in 16 months than 3.5 years of Tehreek-e-Insaf tenure.

Tehreek-e-Insaf took loans of 18 thousand 626 billion during the three-year government. PDM took loans of 19 thousand 734 billion rupees in 16 months. Imran Khan kept warning that if they managed to oust the democratically elected Prime Minister through a conspiracy, the country would encounter problems. Despite being aware of all this, our nation was pushed towards destruction.
