Imran Khan's letter from jail published in the international journal "The Economist".

Today, 153 days have passed since the illegal imprisonment of founder chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former prime minister Imran Khan. Imran Khan's letter written from Adiala prison has been published in the international journal "The Economist". Imran Khan wrote in the article, "I believe that Nawaz Sharif has reached an understanding with the establishment, where they will support his exoneration and endorse him in the elections. However, the public is rejecting the selected and standing behind PTI. The only viable path for Pakistan's future is through fair and free elections, which can restore political stability and uphold the rule of law. Unfortunately, in our supposed defense of democracy, we are moving in the opposite direction on all these fronts. Pakistan's electoral process may become a mockery. My party is facing severe constraints. The Election Commission of the country has cast doubt on its credibility through questionable actions. It not only defied the Supreme Court but also rejected the nomination papers of my party's primary candidates. Defamation suits have been initiated against me and other PTI leaders, criticizing the party's internal elections. The establishment ousted our government under American pressure, citing an independent foreign policy and rejection of American military bases. I had emphasized that we would befriend everyone but refrain from being drawn into proxy wars”.

"The field will not be left empty under any circumstances", announces Imran Khan

Imran Khan’s lawyer Salman Akram Raja shared the message of founder chairman Imran Khan, "Mr. Khan message is that the field must not be abandoned. Even if only one person remains, we will be obligated to participate in the elections. Although might face challenges without the "bat" symbol, but we are determined to engage in the election and ensure the field is not left vacant.”

The Lahore High Court, while removing the ban on playing the name of Chairman Imran Khan on TV, has ordered PEMRA to give equal airtime to Tehreek-e-Insaf and other parties. The Lahore High Court pronounced this decision on the request of lawyer Ahmed Pansota.

Petition filed against rejection of nomination papers of Imran Khan from Mianwali constituency.

Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Naeem Haider Panjutha, tweeted, "Hearing took place in Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench against rejection of nomination papers of Imran Khan from Mianwali Constituency NA-89. Notices were issued. The next hearing has been scheduled for January 7th".

Tehreek-e-Insaf has reached the Supreme Court for the sign of the "bat".

Acting Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf, Barrister Gohar, submitted an application to the Supreme Court against the decision of the Peshawar High Court. The application was given a diary number. Hearing is expected soon.

Chief Justice Peshawar High Court made history by opening the court at night for a citizen in need.

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police was present outside the Peshawar High Court yesterday with a heavy contingent to arrest Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Zartaj Gul. Zartaj Gul had announced that she would spend the night in the court. To give justice to this daughter of the nation, Chief Justice Peshawar High Court opened the court at night and gave historical remarks during the hearing.

"My daughter, police will not touch you in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This High Court belongs to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This is my court, and this is my decision. If someone dares touch you, then they will be answerable to me." After this, Zartaj Gul got bail, and she left the court.

Maryam Nawaz falsified her nomination papers.

Maryam Nawaz, previously penalized for forgery, now finds herself entangled in another forgery attempt. Legal representatives have informed that a formal complaint has been lodged against her in the High Court, urging the rejection of her PP-80 document. Allegations include the concealment of her assets and a forged signature. Such actions are inherently punishable under sections 62 and 63 by default.

Fascism continues against Tehreek-e-Insaf candidates.

The leader of Tehreek-e-Insaf, former Minister of State Shabbir Ali Qureshi, was arrested outside the Multan High Court. The bench had summoned Shabbir Qureshi to appear on the appeal of rejection of nomination papers.

PTI worker finally reunited with his child, who is suffering from cancer.

Lawyer leader Advocate Salman Shahid tweeted, "Alhamdulillah, another promise has been fulfilled. Little Hamdan, who is fighting cancer, had his father arrested for seven months. According to the promise made to Hamdan, his father has been released recently. And they have reached their home safely. “
