A summary of today's important and breaking news regarding PTI and the country that the mainstream media of Pakistan will never show you.

Imran Khan's lawyer argue that the cipher case trial should be open to prove there is no crime involved, citing historical reasons.

Chairman of Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has been illegally imprisoned, for 93 days. Throughout this period, his fundamental human rights have been denied. Initially, his arrest in the cipher case was kept under wraps, and the trial for this baseless case was conducted secretly within the confines of the jail. Imran Khan's legal team, first approached the special court and then appealed to Chief Justice Islamabad High Court, Justice Aamer Farooq, against this injustice. However, both instances upheld the unconstitutional trial. Subsequently, Imran Khan's lawyers filed an intra-court appeal.

During the hearing on the intra-court appeal, lawyer Salman Akram Raja argued that Imran Khan's trial should be conducted in an open court, allowing media, the public, and family members to attend. He warned that if not, the very foundation of the trial could crumble like a house of cards. Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb questioned the prosecutor, stating there should be no ban preventing citizens from witnessing the jail trial. Salman Akram Raja emphasized that allowing everyone to observe would demonstrate that there is no crime in this case. The court adjourned further proceedings until Tuesday.

Imran Khan's message to the nation through his lawyer.

Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Barrister Gohar Khan, met him today. He said Imran Khan has sent a message to the nation, "Nawaz Sharif always had the habit of playing with umpire on his side, but this time he does not want to let our team play. We are the largest party in the country, and we have 70% popularity, so we demand a level playing field from the Supreme Court and the Election Commission. The nation should unite against the growing terrorism and fight terrorism across all sects."

In the jail trial of the cipher case, government witnesses consistently respond with "I don't know" to every question, offering no answers.

Today, the cipher case hearing took place in Adiala Jail, chaired by Special Court Judge Zulqarnain Abul Hasnat. Official witnesses provided statements, but during cross-examination, they repeatedly answered "I don't know" to all questions, as revealed by Barrister Salman Safdar, Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer. This secrecy surrounding the charges and documents is unprecedented; such a case shrouded in mystery, is unheard of in our legal system.

Meanwhile, Shah Mehmood Qureshi's lawyer requested that the case be heard in the presence of his children, a plea rejected by the court. The next hearing for the cipher case has been adjourned until November 10.

I want to appear in the Supreme Court, Imran Khan's announcement.

The government has filed an appeal in the Supreme Court challenging the NAB amendments. The Supreme Court issued notices to all parties involved, including Chairman Imran Khan in Adiala Jail, asking if he intends to oppose the appeal. Imran Khan responded today, expressing his willingness to appear before the Supreme Court. He emphasized that the court should take all necessary measures to facilitate his appearance.

The prosecutor who appeared without summons for the criminal Nawaz Sharif is absent despite notice in Imran Khan's case.

During today's session at the Islamabad High Court for the Tosha Khana case, the court was informed at the beginning of the hearing that the prosecutor was unable to attend, requesting an adjournment. Surprisingly, this was the same prosecutor who had appeared without invitation in Nawaz Sharif's case. However, in Imran Khan's case, despite receiving a notice several days prior, he failed to appear, and Chief Justice Aamer Farooq did not raise any objections.

The hearing of the Tosha Khana and Al Qadir Trust case in the NAB court has been adjourned till November 14.

Naeem Haider Panjutha, the lawyer of Chairman Imran Khan, said in his tweet, "The hearing in NAB Tosha Khan and Al-Qadir Trust case has been postponed till 14th. Today, NAB prosecutor was very excited and arguing that the applications cannot be restored. Because these are time barred. We have said that according to the fresh amended ordinance, no time limit is fixed. The court has asked the fresh ordinance from the Ministry of Law on the next date.”

Sanam Javed was granted bail in the third case but was still arrested.

The anti-terrorism court in Lahore accepted the bail application of Sanam Javed in the fake case of burning of the PMLN office. Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Arshad Javed granted bail after her arrest. The court granted bail in lieu of two lakh rupees. But Sanam Javed has not been released yet.

At night, Punjab Police conducted another raid on Parvez Elahi's house.

Moonis Elahi, the son of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Central President Chaudhry Pervez Elahi, tweeted, "After yesterday's failed operation, today at 4 o’clock police raided our house again without a warrant today. My Uncle Major Tahir Sadiq Sahib was not found. Only women were present at the house. Instead of raiding PTI houses and harassing PTI people, Punjab Police should concentrate on eliminating crime."

Immediately after the election announcement, a fresh crackdown on Tehreek-e-Insaf commences.

According to the journalist Shakir Mahmood Awan, "Difficulties have increased for Tehreek-e-Insaf since the election date has been announced. Last night, the police has started a crackdown. Lists of around 1000 workers and leaders have been made in Lahore. Which includes the names of the people who came in the geo-fencing during the May 9 tragedy".

The PML-N team lost in their own election poll and had to delete the tweet.

The PML-N media team conducted a poll regarding the election on its Twitter account, in which the number of people who voted for Tehreek-e-Insaf was 81 percent. The PML-N media team ended up deleting the tweet after seeing such a terrible defeat at their home ground.

State fascism continues against Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders.

Last night, police raided the residence of Farina Amir, the District General Secretary of Tehreek-e-Insaf Women Wing Lahore, and arrested her husband. During the arrest, women threatened, leaving Farina Amir's young children in a state of fear and shock, causing them to cry incessantly. When will the Chief Justice intervene and address this rampant lawlessness?
