Imran Khan's Important Message from Jail
PTI founding chairman Imran Khan's conversation with journalists at Adiala Jail:
“The entire nation is aware that General Asim Munir is driving the state affairs. It was him, General Asim Munir, who implicated me and my wife in the Tosha Khana reference in an attempt to stifle my spirits. Let it be known that if anything happens to me or my wife, it’ll be him who will be responsible. The London Plan was plotted with the nexus of General Asim Munir and Nawaz Sharif, and in order to execute it, judges were on-boarded, and they were appointed by the ISI. When I was arrested in August, the police entered my bedroom and took away my passport and cheque book. Then the ISI forced Inam Shah & an employee of Tosha Khana to become witnesses against me. To sentence me in the Tosha Khana case, financial evaluation of the jewellery set was obtained from a part-time salesman in Dubai. I will sue Chairman NAB and Inam Shah for propping up this bogus Tosha Khana reference against me. Fawad Chaudhry had held a press conference & denounced PTI. However, he was still kept in detention in an attempt to force him to become a witness against me. If Pervez Elahi and Shah Mahmood Qureshi hold a press conference today, all charges against them will be dropped. The CJP is prioritising Faizabad dharna and Bhutto cases, but has turned a blind eye to the fact that the innocent civilians are incarcerated in military prisons.
There was a plan to assassinate me in the Judicial Complex on March 18, 2024. The charge of Judicial Complex was taken over by men in plain clothes 24 hours before my hearing. Why isn't the CCTV footage of the Judicial Complex being brought forth? What happened in East Pakistan is being replicated here. Mujeeb ur Rehman's mandate was stolen and the country was split into two. Mujeeb’s majority would have diminished Yahya Khan's power. The Hamoodur Rahman Commission report clearly states that Mujeeb ur Rehman had won the elections. As had happened in East Pakistan, our mandate is being stolen to control us.
Now, the “king” is covertly handling the affairs, while Mohsin Naqvi is operating as a viceroy. Meanwhile, Shahbaz Sharif commands no power. An economic catastrophe is imminent. The Judges are revealing that intelligence agency operatives are blatantly threatening them. Asif Zardari and Sharif family have billions of dollars stashed abroad. Asif Zardari claimed that a political party is tarnishing the military's image. When we were in power, the military was held in high regard by the people of Pakistan. The image was tarnished when they sided with the crooks. Zardari and Sharif families' corruption was also exposed by ISI and General Bajwa. Both of them took cars from Tosha Khana [in a clear violation of the law]. Why isn't their case being investigated? Before General Asim Munir's appointment, a message was sent through Arif Alvi that we are not your enemies.
I called Asim Munir through Arif Alvi to inquire about his London Plan. Ali Zaidi was also in contact, and through him, a message was sent to remain neutral and let the country run. We were told not to worry; and that they would remain neutral. I will not accept anyone's slavery and would prefer death over it. On a question from a journalist to Founder Chairman Imran Khan, asking if he has any hope for justice from Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Esa, Imran Khan remained silent for a while and then said, "The nation is witnessing everything, I don't want to comment on it." The country has changed today, and people are cognisant. We were deceived and through a false flag operation on 9th May, there was an attempt to portray us as traitors, but the nation clearly rejected the narrative and on February 8th, showed where it stands. Several judges, Mohsin Naqvi, the Chief Election Commissioner, and others from the caretaker setup were part of the London Plan. I have never fought with or maligned the army despite General Bajwa stabbing us in the back.
I could have denotified General Bajwa, but I didn't. Despite all this, we formed a committee to meet General Bajwa. Army Chief alone is not the institution; he didn't come to that position through elections. General Yahya also destroyed the country for his lust of power. Had General Yahya talked to Mujeeb ur Rehman, we wouldn't have to surrender. The country fell apart in 1971, and today the country's economic backbone is breaking. At present, PTI is the strongest political force, and no other party even comes close. I challenge to hold elections again today; and they will prove the fact. If I can meet General Bajwa twice despite the fact that he toppled my government, I can talk to anyone, because I don’t have any personal issue, rather I am fighting for the cause of Pakistan. For the sake of Pakistan, I can speak to anyone. In the current situation, the judiciary is not independent at all. Until an endoscopy of Bushra Bibi is performed, how can anything be known for certain? The tests must to be done at Shaukat Khanum Hospital. The army chief targeted my wife unnecessarily when she had nothing to do with politics.
A nation that is not willing to die for its freedom should be ready to become a slave. If I step back from politics today, my life will go back to being normal. The status quo forces will continue with their loot and plunder. The ruling elite is completely apathetic; all their money is stashed abroad. PML-N will further get politically decimated when more inflation hits the nation. At this time, the only hope is from the judiciary. I commend and salute those six judges who took a stand. All the judges know what is happening in the country Judges should save the country's future because investment can only hail if the rule of law is established. In a country where judges are being threatened, who will invest? At this time, the nation is looking up to the judges. The judges have to establish the supremacy of law for political and economic stability, and only then can we attract investment into the country.
I want to send a message to General Asim Munir, "There's one plan that a human makes, and then there’s a plan made by Allah. And ultimately, only Allah’s plan prevails”
بانی پاکستان تحریک انصاف عمران خان کی اڈیالہ جیل میں صحافیوں سے گفتگو: ساری قوم کو پتہ ہے کہ جنرل عاصم منیر ملک چلا رہا ہے۔ جنرل عاصم منیر نے مجھے توڑنے کے لیے توشہ خانہ ریفرنس میں بشری بی بی کو سزا دلوائی- مجھے اور میری بیوی کو کچھ ہوتا ہے تو جنرل عاصم منیر ذمہ دار ہوں گے۔ لندن پلان جنرل عاصم منیر اور نواز شریف کے درمیان تھا۔ لندن پلان کے لیے ججز کو بھی ساتھ ملایا گیا ائی ایس ائی نے ججز کی تقرریاں کروائیں۔ اگست میں جب مجھے پکڑا گیا تو پولیس میرے بیڈ روم میں داخل ہوئی وہاں سے میرا پاسپورٹ اور چیک بک بھی لے لئے گئے۔ انعام شاہ اور توشہ خانہ کے ایک ملازم کو ISI نے میرے خلاف وعدہ معاف گواہ بنایا۔ توشہ خانہ میں سزا دلوانے کے لیے دبئی میں پارٹ ٹائم سیلز مین سے گراف جولری سیٹ کی مالیت کا تخمینہ لگوایا گیا۔ توشہ خانہ ریفرنس بنانے پر چیئرمین نیب اور انعام شاہ کے خلاف کیس کروں گا۔ فواد چودری پریس کانفرنس کر چکا تھا لیکن اس کے باوجود اسے وعدہ معاف گواہ بنانے کے لیے پکڑے رکھا۔ پرویز الہی اور شاہ محمود قریشی آج پریس کانفرنس کر دیں تو اس کے کیسز ختم ہو جائیں گے۔ چیف جسٹس سپریم کورٹ قاضی فائز عیسی کو فیض آباد کیس اور بھٹو کیس بھی یاد ہے، لیکن نظر نہیں آ رہا کہ لوگ ملٹری جیلوں میں پڑے ہوئے ہیں۔ 18 مارچ کو مجھے جوڈیشل کمپلیکس میں قتل کرنے کا منصوبہ تھا۔ 24 گھنٹے پہلے ہی جوڈیشل کمپلیکس کو ٹیک اوور کر لیا گیا تھا۔ سادہ کپڑوں میں ملبوس بہت سے لوگ جوڈیشل کمپلیکس میں موجود تھے۔ کیوں جوڈیشل کمپلیکس کی سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج سامنے نہیں لائی جا رہی۔ جو مشرقی پاکستان میں ہوا وہی آج ہو رہا ہے۔ مشرقی پاکستان میں مجیب الرحمٰن کا مینڈیٹ چوری کر کے ملک توڑا گیا۔ مجیب الرحمن کی اکثریت سے یحیی خان کی طاقت ختم ہو جاتی۔ حمود الرحمن کمیشن رپورٹ میں لکھا ہے کہ مجیب الرحمن الیکشن جیت گیا تھا۔ مشرقی پاکستان کی طرح اب بھی ہمارا مینڈیٹ کم کر کے ہمیں کنٹرول کرنے کی کوشش کی جا رہی ہے۔ اس وقت بادشاہ پیچھے بیٹھا ہوا ہے اور محسن نقوی وائسرائے بنا ہوا ہے۔ شہباز شریف فیتے کاٹتا پھر رہا ہے اس کے پاس کوئی طاقت نہیں ہے۔ ملک کا معاشی طور پر بیڑا غرق ہونے لگا ہے۔ ججز کہہ رہے ہیں کہ ایجنسیاں دھمکا رہی ہیں۔ آصف زرداری اور شریف فیملی کے اربوں ڈالر بیرون ملک پڑے ہوئے ہیں۔ آصف زرداری نے بیان دیا کہ ایک سیاسی جماعت فوج کا امیج خراب کر رہی ہے۔ جب ہم اقتدار میں تھے تو فوج کا امیج آسمان پر تھا۔ فوج کا امیج اس دن خراب ہوا جب یہ چوروں کے ساتھ بیٹھے۔ زرداری اور شریف خاندان کی کرپشن کا ہمیں آئی ایس آئی اور جنرل باجوہ نے خود بھی بتایا تھا۔ زرداری اور نواز شریف نے توشہ خانہ سے گاڑیاں لیں ان کا کیس کیوں نہیں سنا جا رہا؟ جنرل عاصم منیر کی تقرری سے پہلے عارف علوی کے ذریعے پیغام بھیجا تھا کہ ہم تمہارے مخالف نہیں۔ میں نے عارف علوی کے ذریعے جنرل عاصم منیر کو ٹیلی فون کروایا تھا کہ مجھے اسکے لندن پلان کے بارے میں معلوم ہے۔ علی زیدی بھی رابطے میں تھا اس کے ذریعے بھی پیغام دیا تھا کہ نیوٹرل رہیں اور ملک کو چلنے دیں ہمیں کہا گیا کہ فکر نہ کرو وہ نیوٹرل رہیں گے۔ میں کسی کی غلامی قبول نہیں کرتا غلامی سے بہتر موت ہے۔ کیا آپ کو قاضی فائز عیسی سے انصاف کی امید ہے ؟ بانی پی ٹی ائی سے صحافی کا سوال بانی پی ٹی ائی کچھ دیر خاموش رہے اوربولے قوم سب کچھ دیکھ رہی ہے میں اس پر کوئی رائے دینا نہیں چاہتا آج ملک بدل چکا ہے اور لوگوں میں شعور آ چکا ہے۔ ہمیں غدار بنایا گیا نو مئی میں پھنسایا گیا لیکن قوم نے آٹھ فروری کو بتا دیا کہ وہ کہاں کھڑی ہے۔ کئی ججز، محسن نقوی چیف الیکشن کمشنر اور نگران حکومت لندن پلان کا حصہ تھے۔ میں نے کبھی فوج سے لڑائی نہیں کی جنرل باجوہ نے ہماری پیٹھ میں چھرا گھونپا۔ میں جنرل باجوہ کو ڈی نوٹیفائی کر سکتا تھا لیکن نہیں کیا۔ ہم نے اس سب کے باوجود بھی جنرل باجوہ سے ملاقات کے لیے کمیٹی بنائی۔ صرف سپہ سالار فوج نہیں وہ الیکشن لڑ کر نہیں آیا۔ جنرل یحیی نے بھی اپنی طاقت کے لیے ملک کو تباہ کیا تھا۔ جنرل یحیی مجیب سے بات کر لیتا تو سرنڈر نہ کرنا پڑتا۔ 1971 میں ملک ٹوٹا آج ملک کی معاشی کمر ٹوٹنے لگی ہے۔ اس وقت جتنی تگڑی جماعت تحریک انصاف ہے اتنی تگڑی جماعت اور کوئی نہیں۔ آج دوبارہ الیکشن کروا لیں دوبارہ سب کو پتہ چل جائے گا۔ حکومت گرانے کے باوجود دو مرتبہ جنرل باجوہ سے ملاقات کر سکتا ہوں تو کسی سے بھی ملاقات کر سکتا ہوں کیونکہ اس وقت میری ذات کا مسئلہ نہیں پاکستان کا ایشو ہے مجھے قائل کر لیں۔ موجودہ حالات میں عدلیہ بالکل بھی آزاد نہیں ہے- جب تک بشری بی بی کی انڈوسکوپی نہیں ہوتی کیسے کچھ پتہ چل سکتا ہے- شوکت خانم ہسپتال سے ٹیسٹ کروائیں۔-
آرمی چیف نے ہی میری بیوی کو ٹارگٹ کیا جس کا کوئی لینا دینا نہیں تھا- مجھے اور میری بیوی کو کچھ ہوتا ہے تو جنرل عاصم منیر ذمہ دار ہوں گے۔ جو قوم اپنی ازادی کے لیے مرنے کے لیے تیار نہ ہو اس کو غلامی کے لیے تیار ہو جانا چاہیے۔ میں آج سیاست سے پیچھے ہو جاؤں تو سب ٹھیک ہو جائے گا۔ نون لیگ کا مزید جنازہ نکلے گا جب قوم پر مہنگائی کی جائے گی۔ رولنگ اشرافیہ کو کوئی فرق نہیں پڑتا ان کا سارا پیسہ بیرون ملک ہے۔ اس وقت امید صرف عدلیہ سے ہی ہے، چھ ججز جو کھڑے ہوئے انہیں سلام پیش کرتا ہوں۔ تمام ججز کو معلوم ہے کہ کیا ہو رہا ہے۔ ججز ملک کے مستقبل کو بچائیں کیونکہ سرمایہ کاری صرف قانون کی بالادستی سے آ سکتی ہے۔ جس ملک میں ججز کو دھمکیاں مل رہی ہوں وہاں کون سرمایہ کاری کرے گا۔ اس وقت قوم ججز کی طرف دیکھ رہی ہے۔ ججز نے قانون کی بالادستی کو قائم کرنا ہے تو ہی ملک میں سرمایہ کاری آنی ہے۔ جنرل عاصم منیر کو پیغام دینا چاہتا ہوں کہ ایک پلان انسان بناتا ہے اور ایک اللہ کامیاب اللہ کا پلان ہوتا ہے۔”
